**What do you like best about ETZ Timesheets?**

When we were using it, the platform itself is OK, its just overpriced for what you get (by about 75% compared to its competitors).

**What do you dislike about ETZ Timesheets?**

Its overpriced as stated previously for the functionality on offer. Doesnt offer customer portal like most of its competitors and the customer service is terribe. We've been charged/invoiced incorrectly multiple times and when we finally decided to leave they refused any kind of refund despite us agreeing it in our contract extension and didnt act in good faith at all. No wonder most customers are leaving them in droves. I dont usually write reviews but feel the need to warn others. Use at your own risk!

It is timesheets software for agencies.

Easy to use. Very effective. And made our process flow more smoothly.

I really don’t have much to say that I dislike about this product.

Went from paper time sheets to this product. It saved a lot of extra time that was wasted on the paper time sheets.

**What do you like best about ETZ Timesheets?**

I really like Etz - very easy to use and track my time. I’m also able to easily report how much time I spend on different tasks or projects.

**What do you dislike about ETZ Timesheets?**

I wish it was easier to track down overdue time sheets and making updates.

**What problems is ETZ Timesheets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking time, creating invoices for contractors.
