When we were using it, the platform itself is OK, its just overpriced for what you get (by about 75% compared to its competitors). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its overpriced as stated previously for the functionality on offer. Doesnt offer customer portal like most of its competitors and the customer service is terribe. We've been charged/invoiced incorrectly multiple times and when we finally decided to leave they refused any kind of refund despite us agreeing it in our contract extension and didnt act in good faith at all. No wonder most customers are leaving them in droves. I dont usually write reviews but feel the need to warn others. Use at your own risk! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
