What do you dislike about eTrigue?

What do you like best about eTrigue?

I love that eTrigue's lead scoring is super accurate, it nails the high-intent prospects every time and I don’t have to guess blindly. I think its data analysis reports are really user-friendly, with no need to mess with complicated formulas. It's just one click to generate clear visual reports, making it super easy to read and analyze data. The data analysis reports tie lead behavior directly to our marketing campaigns, showing exactly which channels or emails are driving the most high-intent leads. Also, we found that the lead scoring and visitor tracking in eTrigue felt more tailored to our B2B lead gen goals. Setting up eTrigue was surprisingly easy thanks to step-by-step walkthroughs, making it user-friendly even for team members who aren’t super tech-savvy, with no big learning curve. What do you dislike about eTrigue?

The customization options for lead scoring rules feel a bit limited—I wish I could add more specific behavioral triggers to make the scoring even more tailored to our business. I wish we could create multiple custom lead scoring models for different product lines or customer segments—right now it’s a one-size-fits-all, and our B2B and small business leads have totally different intent signals, so the scoring feels off for one group every time.
