I like the ease of scheduling - I can see available labs, their hours, and requirements. It makes it easy to schedule my applicants or employees in the most efficient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can find a participating collection site in almost any location and can send that info to the individual by email AND text. That has improved communication greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The time it takes for the lab to handle the sample once it shows as received varies drastically. It can be anywhere from 24 hours to 8 days, based on my experience in the last seven years. When I call for assistance or to inquire, I get a scripted response and no actual information at all as the administrator.

I would also like to see the ability to tailor the panel to my needs. Marijuana should not be automatically included for pre-employment since it is legal in many jurisdictions.

Finally, the drastic decrease in available collection sites since the pandemic is difficult, and I would like to see that begin to expand again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
