**What do you like best about eRep?**

BCA understands how to bridge the gap between the HVAC industry and software development language. Danny and his team strive to understand the true requirements of the customer while maintaining a patient approach.

**What do you dislike about eRep?**

Haven't come across anything yet but will let you know if I do.

**Recommendations to others considering eRep:**

Once you set up a meeting to understand the team behind it the decision becomes easy.

**What problems is eRep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The selection and quoting process can be quite complex with highly configurable HVAC products. eRep has mitigated the risk of overwhelming the engineering community with an easy to use and flexible software platform. Our new user requests continues to rise each month.

Responds quickly to any inquiries and remedies technical issues with site in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about eRep?**

I would like to be able to unpost payments entered in error without having to contact 360.

**What problems is eRep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting functionality is very useful for us.
