What's best is that you can search for any person's name or meeting room name and it will show up on the map. There isn't much to dislike, but it would be great to have it somehow integrate with google calendar. Meaning meeting rooms show up a different color on the map that day if it's booked during that time, and if not, if you click on the room it allows you to create a calendar invite. I haven't run into any product-specific downsides from my use-case, but just like anything, there's plenty of room for human error that can disrupt an experience. I mostly work remotely, but when I'm in the actual office SpaceIQ is a lifesaver for finding coworkers or locating the meeting rooms that have been booked. The interactive features of the layout provided were awesome. Being able to see exactly where I was located, where my team was, and where resources were was awesome. Made the move a lot easier! I also really like the feature of seeing who sits where. For interactions I have where I'm not sure where someone is, I can now just look it up rather than message them and find out. I really like that it helps us find conference rooms. We just moved into a new office it's hard to know where the rooms are. What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace? The only way to login is through our SSO Oktac, so it's frustrating each time we have to pull it up. Also, I wish there was a keyboard command to switch between floors & offices. Right now, we only have our US office, and I think it would be fun to have our international office on the map. Operating a 38,000 sq. ft. co-working space with 500+ users can be challenging, especially when there are visitors looking for their host. Teem has made the process super simple - the visitor pings their host from our iPad with the LobbyConnect (powered by Teem) app, their host receives a text that they're here, and retrieves them from the lobby. I like the level of customization that we are able to have with the GUI. Also, the 3D maps are very useful for new employees. Support is very responsive and helpful when in need of help. What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace? Teem does not have many cons, but if I did have to say one thing I dislike about Teem it would be that the app freezes quite often. SpaceIQ has greatly helped us simplify seating new hires and executing reorgs in our many buildings that we manage all over the world. My favorite Teem feature is the ability to book a meeting on-the-fly from the room's tablet. This means I don't have to touch my phone or computer to book the room. It just works! My company recently moved into a larger space, one with lots of little nooks and crannies, and not-as-of-yet sensical layout. Fortunately, from Day 1, we were given access to Space IQ. In the beginning, I used the desktop Space IQ site to discover where my new seat was. Now, I use both the desktop site and the mobile app to figure out where all the conference rooms are located so I'm not hopelessly lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace? The Space IQ app is a little funky; when you try to book a room (or even find a room), every single room says "0." Which is misleading.
