The menus are intuitive and you don't have to guess which option to click (My Visitors, Team Directory, etc.) to get where you want to dgo. I don't like that I can't edit my invited visitors entry. I have to delete it and re-enter it if I want to change something. Better security for campus visitors, and it looks to outside visitors that we have a sophisticated visitor registration system! My favorite feature of SpaceIQ is the ability to search for specific meeting rooms and coworkers when I need to find them. This feature has saved me on multiple occasions after my company moved into a new office space and I headed off to a meeting, only to realize I didn't know where it was. During the move, I also ran into coworkers in search of certain people and with the app was able to help them in under 30 seconds and save them time from physically searching the building. We used to have office maps pinned in slack channels or you would have to give difficult directions to new coworkers on how to find their meeting room/coworker that they were in search of. What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace? I wouldn't say "dislike" - but I do wish we had some more options for backgrounds/skins/themes on the iPads. Just a preference/suggestion really. They have simply found a way to really make this a streamlined and simple process. The biggest thing for me when picking a vendor (aside from cost) is determining how quickly can I have it up and running. Teem was up and running in a day. What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it as a visitor check-in which also prompts a picture, as well as signing an NDA. This is imperative for our office as we are in healthcare and have to ensure all visitors are logged, checked in, and sign this. Super easy to check availability of rooms and book accordingly. Great integration with GSuite so that you can book rooms via gcal in a few easy steps that are intuitive. Also really easy to book rooms from the ipads themselves when on the fly which is quite handy and is often the case. Lot of moving parts when being onboarded, especially with the hardware involved, but there's no way around it. They make the process as easy as possible, and it's really not that hard. "Scheduling done right" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Eptura Workplace? We recommend Teem scheduling platform as it is flexible for multiple devices – whether its iPad, Tablets or even now Crestron schedulers. it’s easy to use and manage. Of course they take care of scheduling, tying into outlook, exchange gmail etc.—being able to book rooms through outlook (etc.) just as you normally would. They now also have a batch of cool complimentary features that we also take advantage of like dynamic video backgrounds, automatic occupancy detection/status changes, a new app to book and view rooms available and flight board which essentially the ability to use a any display for viewing the status and availabity of rooms—like if you were at a airport checking status of flights. Teem has nice visual layouts which go with the easy to use features. Setting up with Teem for the first time was straight forward with no complications. Teem needs some new features such as the lobbyconnect should have the ability to notify multiple users of their arrival if necessary. Search functionality is cool, I can easily find rooms and desks for whatever I'm searching for. The labels and color-coding are nice as well, especially being branded specifically for my employer. It would be nice to have some kind of google calendar integration to schedule rooms. Also, a compass rose of some sort or like any kind of directional labeling would be nice and make it easier to understand right away. It would also be nice to give feedback on seats or something.
