Teem branding is always displayed, It would be great if we had the ability to make it our own as some other similar applications do. **Recommendations to others considering Eptura Workplace:** Try it out, you won't be disappointed. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves us a ton of time now that we have iPads displayed outside of meeting rooms we no longer have to manually print daily meeting room agenda. The LobbyConnect aplication also saves us a ton of time because it automatically notifies the host when their guests have arrived. ### 3. It allows for impromptu meetings without the risk of getting kicked out by someone else. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** Meeting check-in doesn't work well when you have back to back meetings. We also struggle with users who schedule meetings but don't attend. We can't just delete these meetings for political reasons. **Recommendations to others considering Eptura Workplace:** Start a trial and see how well the product works. Don't forget to use guided access on iOS devices to keep users from "playing" with the device. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The older printed schedules were always posted the evening before so any newly scheduled meetings weren't listed. Users would setup in a "free" conference room only to be kicked out by someone who had scheduled something last minute. ### 4. Some of the menu items could be laid out better. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teem allows for us to book rooms right from the Google Calendar interfece. This way employees will know right away if a room they want is open. This way there is no confusion on if the room is available or not. Booking right from the iPad also is helpful because it syncs back to Google Calendar. ### 8. We loved the functionality of having a digital agenda outside our conference rooms. It was easy to when the room was available and who was currently using the room without having a paper agenda on the wall. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** At the time there were very few options to customize the product. Ever been in a meeting and someone knocks on the door and asks how long you will be? This happened to us all the time so I started looking for something that would help with all of this. EventBoard allows us to integrate with our google calendars and schedule the room. So when someone comes to the door they can see the iPad that will tell them it is in use and when you will be done.
