I like how easy it is to find where co-workers are sitting and where conference rooms are. I've also used SpaceIQ to figure out what my co-workers names are when just starting at the company. Recommendations to others considering Eptura Workplace: This is a great tool, but you do need to make sure that you update it often so that employees are actually shown where they are actually sitting. The biggest problem solved is not knowing where all of the conference rooms are, or where your co-workers sit. The Teem EventBoard application is actually as easy to configure as it is to make use of. It's pretty beneficial to the organization of ours, and we're preparing to release this season's notice board, which will deliver great benefits to our users. Mostly on iPad, you can plan a living meeting with the right position and remove or even move the meeting straight from your device. I that way you are able to filter by size of room and also whether or perhaps not you've AV equipment. What I love about it's that it clearly states whose areas are readily available, therefore I do not need to depend on my personal contribution to this immensely important component of programming. I am pleased to tell the individuals that book the areas that I wish that I may talk with them in case needed. Excellent integration of the GSuite, so you may book room in a few intuitive steps that Google Calendar. Also, it is often very easy to reserve rooms from iPads themselves while traveling. Have saved us much time and avoided several past disputes. Teem is intuitive, simple to configure and monitors the box with respect to physical protection management. For all of our websites we use Lobby Connection, and the strongest aspect is the various update methods. We set it up for fax, chat and the individual who has a friend to slack out. Setting up the printer to Wifi is a little difficult, particularly if your check-in region is on a Wifi which isn't your own. Think about cases containing multiattendants. Teem is modern, easy to install, and checks the box in terms of managing physical security. We use Lobby Connect at both of our sites and the best feature is the multiple notification methods. It's a little tricky installing the printer to Wifi, especially if your check-in area is on a Wifi that is not your own. Think multi-tenant situations. I love how it easily works with hardware like iPads to make a very easy to see and use interface for room availability. This takes the guess work out of whether the rooms are available or not and allows them to be booked on the fly. Additionally, the front desk check in capability is top notch. Teem does add an additional level of complexity that needs to be maintained so you need to be aware of and have someone that manages the system and the hardware.
