The highlight is the insights which provide you with detailed analyses of room utilization, recapture rate and zombie meetings. The user experience is simple and intuitive which provides our end users with a seamless experience. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** As Teem was recently acquired by WeWork there is a lot of development going on. This can often lead to bugs and unknown new features or changes. It would be great to have a roadmap or some sort of page for feature suggestions that can be tracked and voted up. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Teem in a multi-tenant environment and while it was not designed for this purpose we found that it provided us with more functionality that our previous system. Teem support has been outstanding and is very quick to respond and put forward out suggestions to their developers. ### 3. The way things looks, operate, and feel allows our staff, from admin to viewer-level user, the ability to easily navigate and efficiently interact with our space. Both the web and mobile apps are head and shoulders above what we found in the market without much exception. They have proven to be extremely responsive from a customer service standpoint and impressively agile in implementing new features and enhancements. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** There isn't a ton to dislike about the software, but there are a few refinements and small touches regarding how the moves engine allows for future plans to be created and maintained that I'd like to see. These smaller things are more the cherry on top of an already delicious sundae. **Recommendations to others considering Eptura Workplace:** Do your due diligence, of course, and I think you'll find Space IQ has truly disrupted this space by ditching what bogs most space planning solutions down. As the lead person in charge of space management, SpaceIQ has been saving me approximately 4-8 hours per week by providing solutions for what I used to have to do manually. It has allowed me to focus so much more on getting out in front of and forecasting for the challenges of our growing company as well as finding creative solutions without fighting to technology to get there. ### 4. We also use the LobbyConnect system, which has been an absolutely fantastic way to switch our lobby check-in system to be completely paperless and easier to track. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** I've had a difficult time figuring out how to specifically track usage of conference rooms over time since we started using this. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Teem Displays, we're solving a problem of always knowing what's going on in a meeting room when the door is closed. When the room will be used next, and what the agenda is. Benefits are also going paperless for our lobby. We can now track guests and analyze this data much easier than beforehand. ### 5. As our staff book meetings and invite conference rooms in Google Calendar, these rooms are added to Teem and there is now clear visibility as to which rooms are booked or pending to be booked to eliminate confusion. It's so simple to manage that we only have one person that does it. Not needing to have on-premise servers, given it's a cloud solution, also make it super easy to deploy. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** Not much, it's completely automated and tied to our Google Calendar so no manual intervention is needed. I guess if I had to find something to complain about, would be that it could be cheaper. Currently working with support to get this figured out. Also, the recordings for your IVR are poor quality and should be fixed. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Teem, our receptionist was tasked with notifying our employees (including C-level execs) through Google Hangouts that they have a visitor, which was less than ideal. We are able to use our older fleet of IPads with worn batteries to serve as IP/POE powered room signs, which really lowered the total project cost! Works perfectly with our new O365 platform. **What do you dislike about Eptura Workplace?** The display templates have fixed formatting, so the customization is limited to the existing templates. Would also like some flexibility to change formatting on the Finder/FlightBoard. **What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The displays add a sharp look to the meeting room entrances. We now have some nice analytics on our room usage history and a great plugin that works on both versions of O365 Outlook! ### 36.
