I love how easy Epoch makes it to manage ERGs and plan virtual and in-person events. The platform is really intuitive, from creating events to tracking RSVPs and engagement, everything stays streamlined and organized.
One of my favorite features is how well it integrates with Slack. When an employee joins a Slack channel, they’re automatically added as a member in Epoch, which makes management effortless. We've also always struggled with reporting and analytics with previous platforms, but Epoch's reporting and feedback form is top-notch. The customer support team is also super helpful and engaging. There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, the reminders within events that have multiple sessions can be a little tricky to navigate at times.
