Unfortunately, they promised a few custom forms that they could not deliver while I worked at Houston Methodist Hospital. As the director of clinical care, I and my colleagues were extremely disappointed in their follow-through after all the money and time our hospital had devoted to acquiring and deploying their software. We had hopes of making our workload lighter with all of those precious resources devoted to the new software. It was the single largest expenditure of my entire 10 years in the position. Instead, our clinical requests went unanswered and we were worse off using their software (on the clinical side). I had never encountered an occupational health software company that told you they would do something and just tabled it indefinitely. I am perplexed by how they garner glowing reviews on their website and felt it was important to share my experience. If you must have their bells and whistles but want customization, I would ensure you had a contract that incorporates a deadline for custom reports.
