What do you like best about Ensis AI?

The ability to easily identify all requirements across any source documents you upload to the tool. Then, it is very intuitive to organize requirements manually or the tool will do it automatically. The ability to limit page numbers and the narrative generation saves a vast amount of time when not having to manually rework things while maintaining you key focus areas. What do you dislike about Ensis AI?

Not able to remove proposals once created. No impact to the tool just a minor thing. Otherwise no dislikes at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ensis AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Federal proposals are large and complicated. Ensis AI allows you to upload source documents and you feel confident that you are covering each requirement and your proposal work will not be a waste of time. Federal procurement will not even review your proposal if you don't cover all requirements. As a newer company, Ensis AI has enabled us to enter the proposal game at a fraction of the cost of using a third-party proposal team/ consultant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ensis AI?

Ensis AI cuts down time to first draft significantly, and me favorite two features are - win theme suggestions and requirements traceability to ensure compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ensis AI?

It takes a few iterations to get Ensis to ‘speak’ your language when it comes to generating a narrative response, which is normal with AI models so the key is to be patient in giving it prompts and regenerating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ensis AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensis cuts down on the time taken to generate a first draft, it also helps writers ensure that all requirements are being addressed. As someone who develops Govt proposal responses for a living, I know how easy it is to miss a requirement and be non compliant. Ensis takes the guesswork out of compliance by providing an easy first review to identify missed requirements. I also appreciate that Ensis can identify where you can potentially integrate win themes and provides graphic suggestions.
