It is very easy to use for most of its features. The options for inputting data are very simple. The program has many default crimes already available, but admin users can add more based on local jurisdiction. There are numerous drop down boxes that are easy to understand. It is also a very stable program. I don't recall it ever crashing while I'm using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dispatch features are more complicated compared to earlier versions. It takes longer to train new dispatchers because of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use this program as a dispatcher. It is really user friendly, and easy to use! Not a lot of training needed to be able to navigate the system on your own. Used for CAD, officer reports, uploading citations and personal information of individuals officers get out with. Very versatile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I don't think there is really anything that I dislike about this system. As stated before it is very user friendly. Just fill in the blanks, and go!
One issue might be that if an officer changes last names, it changes all of their previous calls and reports to their new name, instead of keeping the old name.
There could be some easier ways to find previous calls, especially if the person searching doesn't know an exact date, cad number, or report number. It is somewhat difficult to just search by date and scroll through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
