Its wide variation of operation make it best in management .
Eg. Field reporting incident management, and training.

**What do you dislike about Spillman Flex RMS?**

Nothing to say negative about the software. it has modernised management operations.

**Recommendations to others considering Spillman Flex RMS:**

Tool for managing clients,all carrying of the firm's. I would recommend it 100% to  all prospective  buyers

**What problems is Spillman Flex RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training of staff s.
Field reporting.
And certificates management.

It is modifiable to your needs as they come up

There seem to be several ways to get to one place or bit of information that isn’t always intuitive or obvious 

**Recommendations to others considering Spillman Flex RMS:**

Yes- it is one of the better softwares out there for massive file management.  It’s great for multi team units and the fact that you can limit the access levels is Helpful

**What problems is Spillman Flex RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of a vast number of files & information

**What do you like best about Spillman Flex RMS?**

I love that it integrates with CAD and works simultaneously rather than as two separate entities.

**What do you dislike about Spillman Flex RMS?**

Nothing to dislike, spillman was a life saver and was a super easy transition. I learned the entire software at launch on a crazy new years eve (in law enforcement that is bad) and it worked smoothly

**Recommendations to others considering Spillman Flex RMS:**

I would recommend to everyone in records for law enforcement 

**What problems is Spillman Flex RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spillman is great, any record keeping/printing/filing is just a few clicks away. The prior software I had to constantly reference a cheat sheet to follow along requesting records. not spillman
