What do you like best about Tyler Public Safety Pro?

Processing information in a secure manner, CAD options, streamline processing and opening lines of communication for a more effective and timely system/process. Email notifications and a built-in workflow assist with timely review of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tyler Public Safety Pro?

New system seemed a little glitchy at first - also not entirely user friendly - training for this system was costly and time consuming. There was an issue with the data sharing within the system - due to initial setup, but these were ironed out as they appeared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tyler Public Safety Pro:

Tylre RMS has the advanced technology to marry not only the information and data, but several systems into one. Information and records can now be viewed (securely) by multiple parties and data entry has been reduced for a more effective time management operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tyler Public Safety Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?
