**What do you like best about vRMS?**

Everything  I’ve used from this software is easy to navigate and nothing is hard to find. After years of practice it becomes second nature

**What do you dislike about vRMS?**

Some of the software is glitchy at times

I’m writing a lot of reports and contacting individuals

**What do you like best about vRMS?**

Being able to add remarks as an incident is happening - Great for pursuits

**What do you dislike about vRMS?**

Limited record searching capabilities, Map needs a search feature

**What problems is vRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used to create incident memos and for Tprs to do their reports. It's nice to be able to easily add time stamped remarks and notifications. The map could use improvement & needs a searching capability.
