What do you like best about IRIMS?

What I like the best about IRIMS is the integration that they have achieved from using it on computers, inside vehicles, and most of all for us was the app form that can be used on our iPads. We are able to use it seamlessly between all three platforms and it updates to help eliminate radio traffic for our dispatchers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IRIMS?

The one dislike so far is that IRIMS app is the newest installment from them and they are still rolling it out. It has worked much better from the first days of it. I will have to say they have updated it quickly and now it is working great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IRIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem that we were solving with IRIMS was lowering the amount of radio traffic that we had over the air. By implementing IRIMS on all three devices has helped lower the traffic and also made updates come through faster due to not having to wait for the radio traffic to clear to be able to air traffic.
