I like the ability to add, create and customize many of the commands and dashboard parts. There are multiple ways for the end user to accomplish tasks which support clickers and typers. The support has been very good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like the inability to create a workflow based on a geo fenced area without having to create new map layers. I also do not care for how slow the system runs the majority of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
