IRIMS Reviews & Product Details

What I like the best about IRIMS is the integration that they have achieve from using it on computers, inside vehicles, and most of all for us was the app form that can be used on our iPads. We are able to use it seamlessly between all three platforms and it update to help eliminate radio traffic for our dispatchers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one dislike so far is that IRIMS app is the newest installment from then and they are still rolling it out. It has worked much better from the first days of it. I will have to say they have updated it quickly and now it is working great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iRims has created a much more streamline for my employees. They can update their status from an iPad instead of the radio. It also helps with safety because it sends GPS location to dispatch. It also allows my employees to see any calls given to them immediately. iRims is clear with the color options so that each different status doesn't get lost with them being small and same color. The only issue we have had so far would be that the login screen is a little slow sometimes. Other than that there isn't anything else i dislike about iRims. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
