The downside of any software, not just CentralSquare, is bugs, fixes, and communication. It is a trend within major software corporation to rush releases without valid testing and relying on customers to provide feedback about issues. In addition, aside from a CEO blast that comes out quarterly, you do not see much about what's new, what's coming, what's here, tips and tricks, etc. It seems like once you are a software owner, you just get left out to the wilds.
