**What do you like best about Emotics?**

It used some complicated algorithm to understand the data and provide emotion analystics.

**What do you dislike about Emotics?**

Sometime Customer Support is bit delayed.

**What problems is Emotics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understand the random data in an organized and meaningful way. Work with multiple data source like NPS, Survey and News(using Web crawler)
