**What do you like best about Embed Workflow?**

Embed workflow was effortless to integrate to our vertical B2B SaaS product. It fulfills the gap of having the business processes visible and directly editable in our specific domain for MSPs. Technology is moderna, the EWF team supports us along the way and are easy to reach. Also works out well for European/EU companies GDPR-wise.

**What do you dislike about Embed Workflow?**

None as of today. Everything has been good. Even our CTO fully agrees (he usually says "no")

**What problems is Embed Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it possible for our customers to visually control their business processes and make deeper integrations. For us; it makes it faster for us to iterate new logic and also makes it possible to provide templates for business processes across our customers

**What do you like best about Embed Workflow?**

Beautiful product, easy to setup and get started. Great support and quick to add new suggested features. This product is up and coming

**What do you dislike about Embed Workflow?**

Does require some understanding and for some can have a steep curve to get started. But after that, man it works 👍

**What problems is Embed Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a great UI workflow editor. They came with so much more.
