We utilize the Encompas360 banker's edition. This is a very robust software, completely customizable from programming compliance reviews and triggers to customizing user permissions and interfaces. The reporting functions are incredibly comprehensive, and we can make lots of complex custom reports that export as nicely formatted finished reports or export into Excel. Because of Encompass360's vast amount of customization and features, it is very complex to set up and maintain. The user interface is excellent, but you need a consulting firm or an in-house administrator to get the most out of this product. Because of the functionality and efficiencies it creates, we found it very worth it regardless of this. I took an admin class through Encompass and can do essential ongoing maintenance, and we have a consulting firm that helps with larger projects associated with the software from time to time.
