What do you like best about Calyx?

What do you dislike about Calyx?

They have tons of video tutorials, but they could use more detailed user manuals. They need to have instructions for running reports and also have the instructions include what field each piece of data is being pulled from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calyx?

I enjoyed the platform's customizability and your ability to integrate or manipulate fields on demand. There was plenty of room to make changes and/or updates through the LOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calyx?

Some of the integrations that took place were not properly mapped and could have been fixed but it created a lot more manual work to forms and disclosures that could have been automated better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid management system, good for brokers"

What do you like best about Calyx?

Point is a solid and robust program that isn't as complicated to use as some of the other systems out there. If you are a mortgage broker this is a fantastic program. There is plenty of back end programming available to customize this program to your workflow, but intuitive enough for openers, processors, LOs, closers etc to navigate once they learn their way around a little. What do you like best about Calyx?

Once you get the hang of this clunky, outdated interface, it can be used to originate loans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calyx?

It’s Windows-only, so hope you don’t prefer Mac. It’s clunky, and the interface looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2004. It’s also not that intuitive; there’s a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calyx?

The only thing I’ve noticed that I don’t like is if you change the product and select

It's not an easy program to use and very daunting at first. Sadly free training is not included only paid training is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Calyx:

Works really well for Loan Estimates which is what I used it for. The initial setting up of the entire program is what sucks but once you've set it all up, added your custom sheets, and templates. Things begin to work smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
