
What I like most about EHS Insight is how much you can make it your own. We’ve been able to customize forms, workflows, and dashboards so they actually fit the way we work instead of trying to force our process into a one-size-fits-all system. It’s also great having everything—incidents, inspections, audits, training—in one place. The mobile app is a big win too; our team can log issues or complete forms right in the field and have access in offline modes, which keeps everything up to date. They also have had the fastest customer support in each instance where i had questions or issues. We are able to weave the system into our daily processes across different locations and functions. The only tricky part has been building custom reports. The system can definitely do it, but it takes a lot of trial and error to get them just right or you have an extra cost to have their team do this.
