I really enjoy and am impressed with the offline mobile app, which has made EHS Insight work well for our operation. The sites in remote parts of our footprint have intermittent connectivity, and the apps keep working regardless, continuing to function when offline. The EHS Insight Copilot is a game changer for safety managers, allowing them to query safety and compliance data in plain language instead of building reports from scratch. Performance across our sites remains strong, even during compliance audits when multiple site managers are pulling data simultaneously, without slowing down like our old system used to.

I really like the role-based dashboard filtering in EHS Insight, which allows operation managers to see only the data relevant to their facility. This helps them not get overwhelmed by company-wide metrics and their performance remains steady, even when multiple managers are pulling reports at the same time. This feature is especially valuable during shift changes when handoffs happen. The user interface is simple enough that non-safety personnel can learn it without formal training — just a quick walk-through. Additionally, the integration with our production system is beneficial as safety incidents are flagged right where production decisions are made, instead of being isolated in a separate silo.

What I like the most about EHS Insight is the behavioral observation piece, which is a real game changer for us. It allows us to log both safe and unsafe behavior from the floor, spot trends, and target training where it matters most. The mobile apps make near miss reporting easy enough that people actually do it, providing us with valuable leading data. The audit templates and scheduling features reduce the administrative burden on my safety manager, allowing them to focus more on being in the field rather than doing paperwork. The insights, while still early, are beginning to flag issues based on patterns that I wouldn't have necessarily connected on my own. Additionally, the support team was hands-on throughout the setup process and deeply knowledgeable about safety, shifting our approach from reacting to managing proactively.
