I use EHS Insight to handle safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance tracking more smoothly. It helps keep everything organized in one system, improves visibility across locations, and makes managing day-to-day EHS responsibilities much easier. EHS Insight helps me avoid the hassle of manual paperwork and scattered safety information. I appreciate how simple and easy it is to use. The incident reporting, customizable inspections, and clear dashboards really stand out, helping me monitor safety performance and compliance without feeling overwhelmed. Customizable inspections allow me to tailor checklists to actual site requirements, and the dashboards give a clear picture of safety trends, making it easier to identify risks and respond proactively. Setting up EHS Insight was pretty straightforward. The guidance and templates made it easy to configure inspections, incident reports, and user access, so I could get everything up and running quickly and start managing safety right away. I’d give EHS Insight a 9 out of 10, as it’s easy to use, keeps safety and compliance well organized, and offers helpful insights.

I like the customization, prompt customer service and self help tools. The ability to add and remove modules on a subscription basis is great. EHS is always making improvements to the system as well. Customer service is prompt and they accept improvement recommendations from the community which is great. A couple of my ideas have been accepted and implemented which is great. They also help with workarounds to address things I need to be done in the system.

I love that EHS Insight allows immediate access to all SDS's for all employees and lets anyone visiting a site report safety observations without having to sign in or have an account. The system is extremely intuitive to use regardless of the level of experience you have with it. The layout of the dashboard is great, and the navigation panel stays on top, so you don't get lost in the system. It's simple to set up because it was led by Lisa Serface, who was key in making the integration and implementation successful. I highly recommend EHS Insight, and I've already told several peers to look into it.
