I like the ease of use for notes, customization, and patient communication to name a few. It was an easy system to learn and started e prescription right away. The notes and system upload of documents makes it easy to access and share with other providers. The available lab integration and radiology makes it so much more than EHR to help patients with results. The best feature is access for patients to communicate and get results without phone calls . The apps for doctors and patients are wonderful tools to integrate and facilitate patient care. The navigation between the apps and portal is effortless due to a seamless interactive interface. There isn't much to dislike. Every system has a learning curve to learn a new system like few weeks.
