**What do you like best about EduAgent CRM?**

It's very easy to have everything sorted in one section of the interface as you can easily handle all incoming enquiries and manage your database in this CRM.

**What do you dislike about EduAgent CRM?**

As good as a tool that it is, it lacks certain features and this is because it isn't a hugely popular system meaning not enough users have protested for changes.

**What problems is EduAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As part of my side business or the work I've done before, I've always used EduAgent CRM because it does exactly what we need - manages our leads and I can streamline that with other members to handle applications from students and delegate tasks effectively.
