**What do you like best about Edgile Utilities ArC?**

The pre-built content packs are the real highlight of the Edgile ArC. They present a vast catalogue of compliance regulations ready to be mapped to Servicenow reducing the time spent on spmpliance requirement discovery and data entry.

**What do you dislike about Edgile Utilities ArC?**

For the energy industry, some requlations have some specifies that are not reflected in the pre-built content. This means that steps have to be taken on my side in order to meet all requirements to the fullest extent.

**What problems is Edgile Utilities ArC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Egile ArC has been beneficial in assisting our organisation in managing compliance. The pre-built content packs are good starting point, which greatly helps to minimise the time and labour costs for following the rules.
