Eddy is such a great platform for our HR management. It has cut down a lot of monotonous tasks with recruiting and really streamlined the process. I like that Eddy is user-friendly and is essentially a one-stop shop for all my employees needs. It provides time tracking, PTO Requests, Performance notes for admins to input, a location for documents for the purpose of training, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the ability to have all employee info in one place -- salary info, contact info, documents, HR notes, training docs, vacation/sick hours, hire date. Payroll process is really easy. Reports have limited flexibility. Would be great to pull payroll reports for a specific employee or select employees. Employee documents are not viewable by their direct manager. Eddy has made my work life a little easier! We recently changed payroll systems and were impressed with what we were shown. Transitioning to this system was sooo easy! It is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside to Eddy we have come across is that Eddy does not have the ability to direct deposit into an IRA account. Other than that, which was not a huge deal, we love Eddy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In every country you are supposed to be paid on a holiday day whether you report for work or not, but with Eddy this is different because it doesn't give us hours automatically which it is supposed to be doing and that is irritating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eddy is not customizable and we do not have the ability to control how documents get sorted and there are no options for folders. Eddy currently does not have the function to have editable documents. The option to upload our own custom documents is great, but the implementation is a bit clunky without options to make changes if selected the wrong option you have to delete and start over. eddy helps in tracking of hours for the team and for easy tracking of the assigned task and employee document and data ,with eddy payrolls are easy to track.i think eddy is the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

teams tend to be forgeting to clock out of the system as thry are required this makes it a hustle for the managers at the end of the pay period.we would like to see an auto clock out at some time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system requires a high access to the network such that if the network is weak you are not able to access the system as fast as you want it also you are not able to navigate properly if the network is weak while you are able to operate on sites like gmail when the network is a bit weak. Eddy is incredible! They have everything you need and more when it comes to an HRIS software. They have thought of everything and are constantly adding new features.
