**What do you like best about EchoFox?**

This is defintely a helpful tool to have. My job doesn't have the greatest headsets so being able to have a tool that converts words to text is extremely helpful is insuring accuracy in my job.

**What do you dislike about EchoFox?**

I am fairly new to this but hasn't have any issues so far.

**What problems is EchoFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's just extremely handy since it is through whatsapp and since they is my primary app for messaging its nice having everything all in one.
