I am not tech-savvy, and this product is user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Echo360?** I do not have any dislikes about this product. It is easy to use and does what I need it to do. In recent times when we weren't able to visit schools to do observations due to Covid restrictions, GoReact served as a place for my students to submit video lessons instead. It has been generally user friendly and has allowed me to continue observing, even when it wasn't possible in person. I also like that the videos are saved as archives so that they can be referred back to for training tools later. We are continuing to use GoReact at my institution now, even though we are doing some visits in person to schools. It allows for the need for less travel, but gives me something visual to see when evaluating my students. I am thankful to have GoReact because I believe it has been a lifesaver for my program during Covid times. Keep up the good work! **What do you dislike about Echo360?** There really isn't anything that I dislike about using GoReact. They have a lot of fun using it to record their mental health counseling skills practice with classmates as well as work with clients. Giving feedback is quick and easy for me, especially bc the platform is like transcription software. Playback pauses when I type a comment and resumes when I hit enter. Really swift! Definitely would recommend for other settings where clinical skills need to be observed or evaluated. **What do you dislike about Echo360?** Sometimes students' recordings get stuck buffering on the server and are lost forever. Some students have lost some really great recordings they had to talk themselves into making. **What problems is Echo360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes files get stuck uploading. Students gets really frustrated when this problem happens. By using GoReact often, I have observed students gain tons of confidence in their clinical skills and embrace more of a growth mindset in accepting feedback from me and classmates. ### 14. My videos were on my phone, and I had to keep the screen unlocked the whole time. My school would like to pay for student accounts. It would be great to allow students to do this themselves and give them a school code to enable them to bill my department. That way the student could take care of the registration process entirely on their end. **What problems is Echo360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me in particular, I am solving the problem of how long it takes to watch lessons in a classroom. With a diverse set of options for each assignment type, the amount of ways you can use the tool is staggering. GoReact gives you a solid template, but with enough space for you to make some creative decisions. It is always very exciting to see the original and creative ways professors are using GoReact in their classrooms. **What do you dislike about Echo360?** One downside to having a tool that is so intuitive is that there is a lot to learn, but once you do learn it, it is easy to use. There is a bit of a learning curve with GoReact, especially with its integration with D2L Brightspace. There are a lot of moving parts since the tool can do so much. Learning how to use GoReact and all of the extra things it can do is definitely worth it in the long run. **Recommendations to others considering Echo360:** I suggest looking up creative ways to use GoReact. The GoReact website itself has some great ideas on how to creatively use the service. This way, students will find using GoReact refreshing and fun. **What problems is Echo360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think the biggest problem I see GoReact solving as of recently is connection with students, classmates, and instructors especially in this day and age of remote, blended, and online teaching. The feature I liked the best was the ability to offer comments that tag to the video - and the comments can be audio, written, or video. Having time-stamped comments and reviewing while watching the submissions was beneficial from an instructor's standpoint. **What do you dislike about Echo360?** The functionality of the grades not coming over to the LMS directly was a bit cumbersome, but not the end of the world. This may have been due to us using the platform through SAGE, but having the grades autoflow into canvas would have been great. **What problems is Echo360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** During covid times, students were all online, so having them be able to record themselves digitally and post the speeches made the class possible. It is a great tool even if you are not using it for speeches, as you can include it in online classes to meet your students virtually. ### 35.
