That's just in addition to the actual billing and invoicing software they got it for. **What do you dislike about eBillingHub?** It's a really good software but in a market where there are many really good softwares for legal teams, it's a bit on the pricey side. **What problems is eBillingHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** The team needed an all-in-one software. The program indicates whether our bills were successfully submitted, approved, rejected. I like sending multiple files to different ebilling systems at a time. **What do you dislike about eBillingHub?** We don't receive any product updates about these bills from eBillingHub. The link with the platforms for electronic billing is another challenge we are experiencing. And prices can be reduced for eBillingHub licenses. **What problems is eBillingHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can send invoices from a single location instead of having to log into numerous electronics invoicing sites, which is an excellent and terrific tool. Our company has been able to track of rejections, partial payments etc. ### 3. It is more user friendly. **What do you dislike about eBillingHub?** Nothing at particular, just the expense charged by eBilling hub is a bit high compared to others. It is more efficient but still if expenses charged would be less, it would be amazing. **What problems is eBillingHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a platform where we can send bills to many sites rather than pulling over different locations to send over. This is the best benefit provided by eBillingHub. ### 4. The software shows the status of our bills whether it was submitted successfully, rejected, or approved. It is a great tool for us to be on a one place when submitting invoices instead of logging into each different electronic billing platforms. **What do you dislike about eBillingHub?** eBillingHub is great, but there are still some things we dislike such as some platforms does not allow connection and auto-submit from the eBillingHub. This is a problem because it defeats the purpose of having the eBillingHub by logging into the platform and submitting invoices directly there. We would not have any status updates from eBillingHub regarding such invoices. Another issue we're having is the connection with the electronic billing platforms. Sometimes, the most updated status of an invoice does not sync correctly with eBillingHub. This could be a problem because I will have to log in directly to each platform and check for our invoices. **Recommendations to others considering eBillingHub:** For firms that deals with a lot of electronic billing platforms, I highly recommend using eBillingHub. It will make your day to day task more efficient. This product is not perfect, but for what it is, it does a great help with our firm. **What problems is eBillingHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving a lot of problems by using eBillingHub. Despite of some negative things, I believe that this product is great. It helps us be more productive and organized. It also helped us be more alert when we received a rejection notice. ### 6. I also receive notifications when my invoices are approved, paid, or rejected. All of my submitted invoices are kept in a list called 'My Active Invoices'. **What do you dislike about eBillingHub?** Occasionally the HUB can be extremely slow or it times out. Specifically, if you are trying to submit invoices for a large client, it takes longer to load. **Recommendations to others considering eBillingHub:** Highly recommend. This is an absolute must have if your firm does any electronic billing. **What problems is eBillingHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** The eBilling HUB is a necessity for electronic billing/submissions. It has also helped our firm keep track of rejections, partial payments, etc. **What do you dislike about eBillingHub?** It's slow. Contacting EBH for assistance to create a new format takes forever. The system is slow to load most of the time. **Recommendations to others considering eBillingHub:** Make sure you get all special templates created on the front end. **What problems is eBillingHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficiency with submission of ebills - since you can submit multiple clients and ebilling sites at one time, the task can be done much quicker.
