Our legal department loves that it's an all-in-one system that lets them track tasks, billable hours and expenses and it has a client portal and document management. That's just in addition to the actual billing and invoicing software they got it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our electronic invoices are well organised and submitted to many electronic billing suppliers; credit goes to ebillingHub. The program indicates whether our bills were successfully submitted, approved, rejected. I like sending multiple files to different ebilling systems at a time. eBillingHub is great for organizing, and submitting our electronic invoices to various electronic billing vendors. The software shows the status of our bills whether it was submitted successfully, rejected, or approved. eBillingHub is great, but there are still some things we dislike such as some platforms does not allow connection and auto-submit from the eBillingHub. This is a problem because it defeats the purpose of having the eBillingHub by logging into the platform and submitting invoices directly there. We would not have any status updates from eBillingHub regarding such invoices. Another issue we're having is the connection with the electronic billing platforms. Sometimes, the most updated status of an invoice does not sync correctly with eBillingHub. This could be a problem because I will have to log in directly to each platform and check for our invoices. The ability to submit and track all invoices, individually or by client as a whole. I also receive notifications when my invoices are approved, paid, or rejected. All of my submitted invoices are kept in a list called 'My Active Invoices'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
