**What do you like best about Eazy Workflow?**

This tool is specially made for CPA firms to manage their staff tasks and meet the client delivery on time. This tool has 2 interfaces, 1 for the Staff and 1 for the clients to engage with staff about their accounting work, Taxation IT returns work and also they can securely upload the files. Each task has categories and statuses. Inbuilt reminders, auto-scheduled recurring jobs a lot more. A Firm owner can see the progress over a dynamic Dashboard and reports.

**What do you dislike about Eazy Workflow?**

Its a very good product. So this tool can be modified to meet every business not just for CPA's firm. This tool has a lot of modules that cover accounting, invoicing, lead generation etc., No Dislikes.

**What problems is Eazy Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can track each client's work status. Which staff has been assigned it to and the progress with a due date to close the task? Daily due date reminders are automated to staffs to keep up the pace and commitment.
