
We were very excited to work with DTS because of thier call recording and perceived reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On day one, there was an issue with DTS porting all of our numbers over. It took well over a hour to get this fixed which affected our customer service and internal communication. Additionally, on day three, there was a firmware update sent at 12:07 AM which took our system down. We are a 24/7 security company so this had a major impact on our opertion. DTS was unable to figure out what happened almost 12 hours later and when it was determined that the firmware update was the problem, they tried to say it was our fault for not accepting it. We were unable to use the new phones they sent us and could only use the app before we decided to cancel with them. We communicated the issues and they confimed there was a lack of communication and issues on their side, however they still want us to pay for a year of service. We would NOT ever recommend DTS to friends or collegues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
