What do you like best about Drip?

Drip is very simple to use but also packs a lot of great functionality that you'd see in more complicated and expensive marketing automation platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drip?

As a new user, finding user tutorials is a bit unorganized. Luckily their customer service is top notch! I utilize the chat a lot and their reps there are super helpful, fast, and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Drip solving and how is that benefiting you?

Drip takes all the complicated clutter you see with bigger solutions like Marketo and makes things a lot more easy and fun. Love the drag and drop, visual workflow style of creating nurtures and other workflows. As a first time user with no training, I was able to easily figure out how to use the platform and create my first emails, segments, and workflows within hours.
