## Dreamdata Reviews
  ### 1. Insights we didn't have before for revenue attribution & customer journeys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

I like that I can integrate it with other tools to get the full picture of a contact/company and their engagement with us in one place. I also value the attribution I can give to different e.g., campaigns, touchpoints, or webpages, so I can quantitatively measure the impact of my work. The team at DreamData has always been very responsive and helpful when we have questions.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It can be hard to understand how the attribution models work and the dashboards can be difficult to navigate. For example, sometimes you need to export the data in order to see the full report.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DreamData gives me attribution numbers I can use to measure the impact of my work. I use these numbers for goal setting and KPI performance monitoring. Dreamdata also helps me analyze customer journeys so I can make conclusions about our business development processes.

  ### 2. An Essential Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle A. | Digital Marketing Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

What I appreciate most is how it connects data across the entire customer journey—from the first touchpoint to revenue—giving me full visibility into what’s actually driving growth.

One of the standout features for me is the multi-touch attribution model. It allows us to move away from guesswork and clearly see which campaigns, channels, and content are making an impact. The ability to break down data by company, deal, and timeline gives our team actionable insights we simply didn’t have before.

Dreamdata also integrates seamlessly with our existing tools, which means I don’t have to deal with messy or fragmented data. It saves time and enables smarter, data-driven decisions. The UI is clean and intuitive, and their support team has been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve needed guidance.

Overall, Dreamdata has become an indispensable part of our go-to-market tech stack. It empowers us to scale with confidence by showing us what works—and what doesn’t—with clarity and precision.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It takes a bit to understand which reports to use when.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Dreamdata, we now have a unified view of the full buyer journey across all touchpoints and platforms. It consolidates data from our CRM, marketing automation, ads, and web analytics into one cohesive timeline, mapped at the account level. This means we can accurately attribute revenue to specific campaigns and channels, understand what’s driving pipeline, and identify bottlenecks in the sales process.

The benefits have been huge: we’re making better budget decisions, doubling down on what works, and aligning teams with confidence around shared, trustworthy data. Dreamdata turns our raw data into actionable insights, helping us grow more efficiently and strategically.

  ### 3. One of the most useful tools we have in our tech stack. I check it daily.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick C. | Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

First, last, and multi-touch attribution are broken ways to measure marketing. I love that Dreamdata uses a data-driven attribution model that blends incrementality testing to let me know which channels are actually influencing revenue and which aren't. It's super intuitive and WAY easier to access useful reports than HubSpot. It integrates with multiple other tools and ad platforms with a few clicks. Super straightforward. The engagement scoring, reverse IP reveal, and audience building tools are also super helpful—I use them daily.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It's a great tool out of the box. There are times when I wish there were ways to have more customisation over the way data is presented in graphs and tables. But, for the most part, it does it's job really well.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me understand a truer picture of channel ROI so I can make better budget allocation decisions. The data also makes it easier to communicate performance to the CEO and CFO by tying marketing influence back to pipeline and revenue. The engaged audiences feature is also super helpful as it allows you to blend company data with CRM data to get really granular with intent-based targeting.

  ### 4. A powerful revenue attribution tool for Marketers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam C. | Interim Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Their Signals functionality and bringing both Search Console and GoogleAds data into the platform has been of huge benefit.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Nothing to add at this stage in terms of dislikes.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content pipeline and revenue attribution - benefits us by giving us a steer for what's most likely to infleucne pipeline and what our most important web pages are.

Collaboration between Marketing and SDR/AE via easy to digest user/account level engagement history.

Arming us with the ability to review pipeline or revenue conributin from marketing via a number of different variables (content type or topic, channel, activity, campaign etc).

  ### 5. Gets you to insight quickly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata has one of the fastest time-to-value setups I’ve experienced with an attribution platform. It’s intuitive to use, and you get value almost immediately without second-guessing if you’ve configured things correctly. It also doesn't create a lot of tech debt in your own Salesforce instance while setting it up. The onboarding process was smooth, and their team has continued to be super responsive and helpful as we’ve scaled our use.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The primary limitation we’ve run into is the lack of custom dashboards. While the prebuilt reports are quite flexible and cover most needs, it would be nice to create fully custom views when needed.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata has helped us connect the dots between marketing and revenue in a way that’s both credible and easy to share across the business. We’re able to get buy-in from leadership more easily and make better decisions about where to invest.

  ### 6. Dreamdata Connects Marketing to Pipeline and Revenue

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata allows to connect your marketing activities to pipeline and revenue.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The user interface can be somewhat inconsistent. The filtering and visualisation options differ between the reports.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata helps to easily calculate the return on investment on direct response marketing activities.

  ### 7. Invaluable tool for a holistic understanding of your marketing activity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee G. | Growth Marketing Lead, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

We switched from Hockeystack to Dreamdata and found the latter to be more user-friendly. In our experience, we needed go-to team members to get the most out of Hockeystack, whereas Dreamdata is more self-serve, adding value across the different areas of our marketing department.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

We love the customer journeys feature but would really benefit from a way to look at grouped journeys. At the moment, reverse engineering individual deals is incredibly valuable but time-consuming and can feel like detective work. It would be great if Dreamdata better surfaced trends across journeys.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi channel attribution, dynamic first-party audiences and account-based reporting giving us confidence in our paid media investment and activities.

  ### 8. Unlocks Funnel Visibility for Otherwise Invisible Channels and Assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan S. | Growth Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Ability to unlock funnel visibility for channels and assets that would otherwise be invisible.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There is a learning curve, but expected given the range of features and depth of insights.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Ads and content efforts attribution

  ### 9. A must have to document your marketing impact on pipeline and revenue

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tuna B. | Head Of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

If you really want to understand what’s actually driving revenue in your marketing, Dreamdata is a no-brainer. It makes it way easier to get internal buy-in because you can finally show real data on what’s working (and what’s not).

The Customer Journey Map is probably my favorite feature. It lays everything out, organic, paid, all your campaigns, so you can see exactly how deals move from first touch to revenue. Honestly, it’s a huge eye-opener for B2B marketers trying to figure out where to double down and where they’re just burning budget. If you’re doing demand gen or ABM, this kinda insight is gold.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is great at building super engaged sub-segments for LinkedIn and other ad platforms, making targeting way more precise. But syncing these audiences isn’t always cheap, especially if you wanna get really detailed with your targeting and reach those high-value groups. The segmentation features are solid, but if you’re working with a tighter budget, the costs can add up faster than you’d expect.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata isn’t just another analytics tool, it actually tackles one of the biggest headaches in B2B marketing, account-based attribution. Instead of just tracking random touchpoints, it gives you a full picture at the account level, so you can see which companies are engaging, where they’re coming from, and what’s moving them closer to a deal. Connecting sales and marketing data like this makes it way easier to spot high-intent accounts and understand what’s actually driving revenue.

  ### 10. Cut Through the Noise with Real Revenue Insights"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan F. | Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata was a powerhouse for multi-touch attribution and revenue journey insights during my time at Maxio. It gave us the full picture – not just what converted, but why and how it converted. The Audience Builder was a standout, letting us create precise, high-intent audience segments for hyper-targeted campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn. This wasn’t just spray-and-pray – it was strategic targeting based on real revenue insights. Also, the integrations with our existing stack (GA4, Salesforce, Metadata.io etc.) made life easier, reducing manual data wrangling and keeping the reporting clean and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Nothing to dislike - it did what it said on the tin and then some!

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata connected the dots between marketing spend and revenue, turning data chaos into clear, actionable insights. It showed us what actually drove pipeline and closed deals – not just top-of-funnel fluff. The Audience Builder was a game-changer, letting us hypertarget high-value prospects on Meta and LinkedIn, cutting wasted spend and boosting ROAS. It took the guesswork out of scaling, with clean, reliable data powering every campaign.

  ### 11. Powerful insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pernille F. | Marketing Director, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

DreamData provides an impressive amount of data that makes it easy to get both a high-level overview of performance and dive into the details when needed. I particularly appreciate how it helps uncover the customer journey by allowing deep dives into individual cases. It’s been a valuable tool for understanding what works and identifying areas for improvement across the funnel.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

While the depth of data in DreamData is a major strength, it can also feel a bit overwhelming at first. There’s a learning curve in understanding how to navigate the platform and make the most of its many features. That said, once you get familiar with it, the value becomes clear.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DreamData helps solve the challenge of connecting marketing and sales data to get a clear picture of what drives revenue. It gives us visibility into the full customer journey, making it much easier to attribute results to specific efforts and channels. This clarity allows us to make more informed decisions and continuously optimize our strategies.

  ### 12. Deep insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon P. | Director Of Web Services, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata has been a transformative tool in moving our marketing efforts beyond tracking simple vanity metrics like website views or MQLs. Before Dreamdata, we struggled to definitively prove the ROI of our content and other marketing activities. We could see traffic numbers and lead volume, but the direct line from a specific blog post or campaign touchpoint to actual closed-won revenue was often murky in our multi-touch B2B sales cycles.

What sets Dreamdata apart is its ability to connect disparate data points across the entire customer journey, from the very first anonymous touch to a closed deal and beyond. This is where its power truly shines, especially when it comes to evaluating website content. Instead of just telling us how many people viewed a blog post (a vanity metric), Dreamdata shows us which pieces of content are consistently part of the customer journeys that result in pipeline generated and revenue won. We can see if a particular guide influenced an opportunity that later closed, or if attendees of a specific webinar became valuable customers. This granular, revenue-focused view allows us to optimize our content strategy, investing more in the topics and formats that genuinely contribute to the bottom line, rather than just driving traffic.

The platform achieves this by integrating data from our CRM, marketing automation platform, advertising channels, and website tracking. It then applies sophisticated multi-touch attribution models that fairly distribute revenue credit across all the touchpoints involved in a deal. This gives us a much more accurate picture of the impact of each interaction, including the crucial role our website content plays throughout the buyer's journey.

Beyond content, Dreamdata is continuously evolving its feature set to provide a comprehensive view of our entire go-to-market (GTM) performance. They are always adding new capabilities that help us understand how our marketing and sales efforts are working together to generate revenue. Features like customer journey visualization allow us to see the typical paths our customers take, identifying potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement in our GTM process. Reporting on metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) directly linked to specific channels or campaigns helps us assess the efficiency and profitability of our GTM investments. The ability to slice and dice data by various dimensions – such as industry, and company size – provides invaluable insights into what's working for different segments and how different parts of the organization contribute to revenue.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

- The inability to build custom reports.
 - The match rate for deanonymizing accounts visiting the website.
 - The UI and load times isn't as polished as other tool I use.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: The obscurity of revenue impact in complex B2B buyer journeys. B2B sales cycles are long and involve numerous touchpoints across multiple channels (website, email, ads, sales calls, etc.) and stakeholders within an account. Traditional attribution models fall short, often giving all credit to the first or last touch, completely ignoring the majority of interactions that actually influenced the deal. This makes it nearly impossible to understand which activities truly contribute to winning business.

Benefit to Us: Dreamdata provides clear, multi-touch revenue attribution across the entire customer journey. By collecting and connecting data from our GTM tools, we can see most touchpoints an account or individual has had with our brand. Applying various attribution models allows us to fairly distribute revenue credit, revealing the true influence of each interaction, regardless of where it falls in the journey. This has fundamentally changed how we evaluate performance.

Problem: Over-reliance on vanity metrics that don't reflect business growth. Previously, we defaulted to reporting on metrics like website traffic, downloads, or MQLs because they are easily trackable. However, these don't necessarily correlate with actual revenue. Focusing on these led to a misallocation of resources and a disconnect between marketing efforts and the company's bottom line.

Benefit to Us: Dreamdata shifts our focus from vanity metrics to revenue-centric KPIs. We can now directly attribute pipeline and revenue back to specific campaigns, channels, and even pieces of content. This allows us to move beyond simply generating activity and instead concentrate on the activities that demonstrably drive business outcomes, making our marketing efforts more strategic and impactful.

Problem: Difficulty in proving and optimizing the ROI of marketing investments, especially content. Pinpointing the direct revenue contribution of specific marketing initiatives, like a content marketing program or a particular ad campaign, is challenging without a unified view of the customer journey and accurate attribution. This makes it hard to justify marketing spend and optimize for the highest return.

Benefit to Us: Dreamdata enables us to more accurately measure the ROI of our marketing activities. For example, we can see which blog posts or content downloads are most frequently engaged with by accounts that ultimately close, and how much revenue that content influenced. This data allows us to make informed decisions about where to invest our marketing budget, doubling down on high-performing initiatives and adjusting or cutting those that aren't effectively contributing to revenue.

  ### 13. Very useful data platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Multi-Touch Attribution: The data-driven, capability to view data on Linear and First touch, Last touch attribution models gives us confidence in understanding which campaigns and channels truly drive the conversions and also gives us better understanding of the performance of our Paid Ad campaign performances.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The pre-built reports lack flexibility meaning it will be good if we have the ability to drill down the layers of the dimensions from the dashboard.

eg. campaigns --> ad group --> keyword / Ads in the same table or dashboard.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi-touch attribution and ease of integration allow us to improve our advertising campaign performance.

  ### 14. A must-have if data is important for your performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Marketing Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Provides critical insights about customer touchpoints + stage, and attribution modelling help create a good overview of ROI

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Reporting capabilities could be better..

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata allows us to sync our CRM data with our marketing activities, enabling us to track our customer's touchpoints and thus be more insightful about the performance of our content and channels.
In the end it helps us make more informed decisions about tactics and operations.

  ### 15. Game-changing customer journey visualization for B2B Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daria G. | Performance Marketing Lead, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

What we like best is the ability to visualize a company's journey through all the marketing touchpoints. Because it's tied to Marketo, SFDC, Google Ads, Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads, we're able to pull multiple sources of data in one place and see an integrated journey of the account. This also means we're able to showcase marketing's efforts better to the leadership in this way, as well as help us direct marketing investments to those accounts that need more "love" in order to progress through the pipeline. We particularly like to use this company journey map in QBRs and it often leads to many actions we can take to improve our campaigns.

Another useful feature is the ability to calculate ROAS/ROI, particularly for performance marketing efforts via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Bing Ads. However our organization right now cannot fully rely on this at the moment due to the reporting requirements from the group, which is our own self-imposed limitation, not Dreamdata's fault. With that being said, we've been able to make informed decisions for which campaigns to invest more, so we're still making use of this feature somehow.

We've also just started using the Audience Hub feature, and are very interested to exploring the audience importation feature for LinkedIn Ads in the future.

From a customer support perspective, we've found the Dreamdata team very involved and patient, willing to go through multiple trainings with our many teams in order to ensure everybody understands how to use the tool, which is greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

We did have a moment during the implementation phase where we were a bit frustrated with the Bing Ads integration. Because of the industry we work in (mission critical software for financial services), we have one of the strictest IT security policies for enterprise companies in the world. As a result, we had issues with the Bing Ads integration not working as easily as the integration guide made it to be. The issue was brought up to the Dreamdata team and a developer was brought in to figure it out, but unfortunately weren't able to fully solve it. We're now using a workaround to make the integration work, despite it not being the best approach from a security perspective. If Dreamdata wants to continue selling this product to enterprise companies, it's important to ensure its integrations are compatible with a variety of security policies.

The platform can also be slow to respond and even fail to return requested information, especially if you're doing complex audience segmentations with 3+ filters, which is somehow expected with the sheer size of our database and no. of data sources we are pulling from, but would be great if it would be improved in the future.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizing customer journeys, calculating ROAS/ROI for campaigns, uncovering customer behavior insights that can help us build better campaigns, transferring audiences to paid media platforms.

  ### 16. Excellent at tying marketing efforts to actual revenue!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara G. | Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

The filtering and dashboard capabilities are robust. Once you've done a couple trainings with the team, it's overall a very easy tool to use. Even the implementation was easy because I set up about 90% of it during the trial with just a few tweaks and things to learn during the onboarding process.

I use this tool every day now and they are constantly updating and rolling out new integrations, which just improves our marketing efforts more and more.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It can be difficult to get the team to wrap their heads around the fact that the Performance reports are not a 1:1 to what we see in SFDC as it's analyzing when the *activity* took place so that's been a hurdle to get through.

There's also only one report type that I have found is missing from what I saw offered by the top competitor we assessed which is the funnel report to see user journies through the site or through key touchpoints.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata has really bridged the gap between marketing efforts and the direct impact that has on revenue. Prior to Dreamdata, we used only a last touch attribution model, which left a big gap in organic performance tracking and email marketing impact. Now, we're able to see all those touchpoints and use the data-driven model to really see how those are influencing our revenue.

  ### 17. Great tool for connecting marketing to revenue

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sushmita S. | Senior Business Operations Analyst, Translation and Localization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

I like how it pulls data from different tools and gives a full picture of the customer journey. The dashboards are easy to follow, and it’s super helpful for showing sales and marketing teams where results are really coming from.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It takes some time to set up properly, and the data can feel a little overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped us cut out wasted spend and double down on channels that actually work.

  ### 18. Powerful Discovery and Tester, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

DreamData provides much better visibility into how our marketing activities connect to revenue. It is the closest single source of truth that has allowed us to test ICP hypothesis to both marketing and sales. One of the few tools that I use daily.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Steep learning curve. Would be helpful to have more guides (especially interactive ones) to get set-up.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uncovering what companies are coming to our website and what campaigns drive revenue.

  ### 19. Swiss army data knife for B2B marketing teams who want to be agile

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexei I. | Team Lead Paid Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Showing the full picture of a lead's conversion (marketing and sales touchpoints)

Convinient workaround for Conversions API for LinkedIn/GAds

Great integrations between channels, attribution, and CRM

Easy syncs between SF and LinkedIn, making life easier for channel manager

Amazing customer support, same day replies

Great for B2B teams with smaller data/revops support, needing better data view

Game changer for signal based selling using Dreamdata, product pays for it self

Best tool to overcome common SaaS issue of inbound vs outbound -> moving to allbound

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Not always easy to utilize touchpoint learnings, requires proficiency in data manipulation and ability to adjust internal attribution if one wants to make full use

A bit of a learning curve, but account manager's are wonderful to work with and upskill users

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting the dots across the prospect to customer journey (sales and marketing touchpoints) -> Bringing outbound and inbound closer together

Utilizing Conversions API -> syncing conversions, but also syncing audiences between SF and LinkedIn, without uploading lists manually

Signal based selling -> automating of website signals to outbound

Attribution Collaboration -> understanding performance of indirect demand channels without first/last touch blindfold

  ### 20. My Favorite Tool for Journey Mapping and Revenue Attribution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill Z. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is the best tool I’ve used for journey mapping and gaining a full view of revenue attribution. As most marketers know, one of the most common questions we get is, “How much are we spending, and how does it tie directly to revenue?” This tool provides a clearer, data-driven answer to that question.

The platform offers impressive visibility into how each touchpoint contributes to revenue, making it easier to justify marketing spend and optimize performance. The journey mapping feature highlights multiple touchpoints across various channels, including social media ads (both paid and organic), email, and CRM data—capturing even phone calls and meetings. The integrations were surprisingly simple to set up and worked seamlessly with our existing systems.

Between Dreamdata and Hubspot, we can track a lead's influenced channels, first-touch, and last-touch before conversions, giving us a complete picture of the customer journey.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

While the platform is incredibly powerful, onboarding assistance could be more robust. There’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to building custom reports that truly matter without getting distracted by vanity metrics. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

Like many tools, some of the best features require an upgrade, which pushes it beyond our budget. I also wish there was more real-time data for the sales team, such as notifying a sales rep when a previously stale prospect re-engages. Currently, I don’t believe there’s a way to automate alerts to Salesforce or send auto-emails to sales reps based on visitor activity.

All that said, Dreamdata is making updates regularly, and the tool is constantly improving!

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata is solving the long-standing challenge of connecting marketing spend to revenue. The most common questions I face is, “How much are we spending, and how does it tie directly to revenue?” With Dreamdata, we now have a clearer, data-driven answer to that question. The tool provides full journey mapping and shows how each touchpoint across multiple channels contributes to revenue. We can track influenced channels, first touch, and last touch before conversions, which helps us make smarter decisions on where to focus our budget and efforts. Between Dreamdata and Hubspot, we can track the entire customer journey and truly understand which efforts are driving results.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noor Mohammad A. | Growth Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is impressive for its robust B2B revenue attribution and growth analytics. Its strength lies in its ability to unify and analyze data across various customer touchpoints, giving businesses a clear, actionable view of what drives revenue.

The platform is particularly useful for aligning sales and marketing efforts, enabling teams to understand which campaigns and strategies truly contribute to conversions.

It’s intuitive, making complex data accessible even for non-tech-savvy users, and the integration capabilities are seamless, allowing users to pull data from various sources effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Data Visualization is something I don't find intuitive and a bit complex in Dreamdata.
There's a much bigger scope and this can really be a game changer if Visualization capabilities can be at par with Mixpanel or Hubspot

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata solves a major challenge in B2B companies: understanding which marketing and sales activities actually drive revenue. The platform consolidates data from various sources like CRM systems, ad platforms, and analytics tools, linking them to form a cohesive customer journey. This helps companies attribute revenue back to specific actions or channels, making it clear what’s working and what isn’t.

  ### 24. Dreamdata is a Game-Changer for B2B Revenue Attribution

Dreamdata offers exactly that, empowering our team with the clarity needed to understand the true impact of every marketing dollar.

What I Love Most:

2. Attribution Flexibility: The custom attribution models are excellent. We can tailor these models to fit our complex multi-touch B2B sales cycle, allowing us to identify which campaigns, content, and channels drive revenue at each stage.

3. Intuitive Interface & Usability: The platform is powerful yet easy to navigate. The dashboards are customizable, offering our team quick insights without excessive technical setup. 5. Excellent Support and Continuous Improvements: The Dreamdata team has been fantastic. They’re always responsive and genuinely open to feedback, continuously introducing new features that further enhance our workflow and attribution accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

While Dreamdata is incredibly comprehensive, I’d love the option to create and save custom dashboards. This feature would enable us to tailor views precisely to our team's needs and streamline our access to key metrics without additional setup each time. Additionally, incorporating more granular real-time data updates would be helpful for faster decision-making in high-stakes campaigns.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata has been instrumental in solving several key challenges related to B2B revenue attribution and data-driven insights at Respond.io. Before implementing Dreamdata, we faced issues with fragmented data across multiple platforms, making it difficult to trace the full customer journey and measure the effectiveness of each touchpoint accurately.

Dreamdata helps us unify data from various sources, including HubSpot, Google Ads, and our own internal platforms, giving us a clear, single source of truth. This has dramatically improved our understanding of where leads are coming from, how they interact with our content, and which channels drive the most revenue.

One of the standout benefits has been Dreamdata's multi-touch attribution model. It’s allowed us to see beyond last-click attribution, enabling a more accurate picture of how each marketing effort contributes to conversions. This insight has been invaluable for optimizing our ad spend and improving resource allocation across campaigns. For example, we can now identify high-performing campaigns early on and adjust our budget and strategies to maximize ROI.

Dreamdata has also enhanced cross-team alignment between marketing and sales. With a shared view of data, we’re better equipped to collaborate on strategies, prioritize high-value leads, and shorten our sales cycles. This unified approach helps us make informed, data-backed decisions, contributing to both team efficiency and overall revenue growth.

In short, Dreamdata has provided us with the clarity and tools to attribute revenue accurately, optimize our marketing efforts, and foster stronger alignment across teams, making a significant impact on our strategic planning and execution.

  ### 25. Dreamdata unlocks the hidden funnel

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is an awesome tool to provide deep, nuanced insights about our marketing and sales funnel, revealing the previously hidden influence of our multi-channel marketing efforts. Additionally, the Dreamdata team is awesome and helped get us set up quickly and is always available to help.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Not a dislike, per se... tracking the impact of offline sources, like leads from conferences requires a bit of manual effort due to Hubspot limitation. The Dreamdata team is superhelpful in getting this configured.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide a true multi-touch view of our marketing attribution.

  ### 26. Dreamdata gives us the full picture and helps us invest wisely into our marketing efforts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsty F. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata makes it easy for me to see the zoom out picture on channel performance. I can easily see what our ROAS is, how our content is performing for conversions, and how initiatives impact pipeline. There is a lot of power under the hood and it connects to all of our tooling. Without Dreamdata, I'd still be relying on first/last touch attribution and I would've likely over or underinvested in channels. We use it every day in marketing.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There are many ways you can view the data and we have had to agree on certain reports for making decisions. The tool gives a very holistic view of things which can be overwhelming at first but with time, becomes a postive factor.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us attribute pipeline dollar easily and follow along with in-progress deals.

**Official Response from Alexandra Flygare:**

> Thanks for sharing Kirsty! It's awesome to hear that Dreamdata is helping you get the complete picture on channel performance and making data-driven decisions easier.

We understand that suddenly getting complete insights into all your B2B marketing efforts can feel overwhelming at first, but it’s great to see it’s now a positive asset for your decision making. :)

The interface is very well thought‑out. Instead of bombarding you with every possible detail, it surfaces exactly the information you need for analysis. Linking new data sources is a breeze, and the dashboards for viewing users on the website are absolutely top‑notch

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There is nothing i dislike. A feature that would be lovely would be the possibility to export data via Api.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is the integration of the hubspot revenue.

  ### 30. Dreamdata makes B2B revenue attribution as easy as it should be

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcell J. | Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Any digital marketer will tell you that when it comes to B2B revenue attribution, without the likes of a Dreamdata the numerous data points and sources can quickly make your work as complicated as ineffective as a marketer. With Dreamdata you'll save yourself the hours of reporting needed to verify your GTM's business impact.

The setup is simple.
The reports are out-of-the-box effective.
The data segmentation capabilities are perfect.
The audience hub and enhanced conversion capabilities do a great job of shining a light on your efforts.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It can be difficult to navigate and remember which tabs display which insights, so it takes some getting used to.

Dreamdata is helping us solve for the best allocation and deployment of our marketing budget.

  ### 31. Complete overview with the best data sources possible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

We love Dreamdata, their customer journey mapping is second to none. They've started integrations with valuable data sources that has given us much better view on what happens beyond our CRM and website traffic. From live events, to linkedin impressions. We can exactly track how succesful conversions came about.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

As we are becoming power users of the tool, there are few minor feature requests:

1. Colour-coded engagements in the customer journeys.
2. Better filtering per region in the revenue attribution reports.
3. Conversion rates should be in cohort reports. (Cumulative cohort reports are the best!)

Other than that - The product is great!

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Budget allocation for campaigns
Revenue attribution

  ### 32. A Must-Have Tool for Deep Performance Insights in B2B SaaS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morten R. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata brings all my performance data from various digital channels into one place, going beyond basic metrics like CTR and CPM to help me understand what truly drives value for my business. I use it every week because of the wide range of features the tool offers. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding—always helpful and quick to deliver the support I need.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata can be time-consuming to learn the nuances of the various reports and to fully extract the tool’s value. Additionally, for smaller or low-budget companies, the cost might be a bit steep. While it offers great value, it’s important to consider if the investment aligns with your company’s size and budget.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata brings fragmented data into one centralized platform. This allows me to go beyond understand what drives value for my business, such as identifying which campaigns lead to actual opportunities and customers. As a non-specialist, it gives me the opportunity to analyze across platforms like LinkedIn advertising, paid search, SEO, and more within a single tool. This helps me optimize budget spend and make data-informed decisions.

  ### 33. A simple way to effectively optimise your paid marketing spend

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex V. | Head of Digital Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata allows us to isolate what’s working at a broad channel level, or down to a single opportunity journey.

It gives us access to a complete view of our customer journeys, letting us see exactly how prospects are interacting with us across a multitude of touchpoints. Dreamdata enables us to understand the ROI and attribution of our go-to-market activities.

In simple terms, Dreamdata enables us to allocate our marketing budget towards activities that drive qualified pipeline and revenue, without relying on one attribution model.

It’s harder than ever for performance teams to find true insights and growth levers in reporting. Dreamdata helps us tackle some of these challenges.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There are new features all the time with Dreamdata, which is great, but I think there are some core elements that could be improved. I’d love to be able to build custom views within the reports, and potentially see the types of exciting integrations that they have with LinkedIn across all adtech platforms.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speed in being able to understand our acquisition costs and return on marketing investment is really strong. This has empowered our whole team, as it helps us quickly figure out which campaigns and search terms are driving performance…or aren’t.

We’ve been able to reduce our CPA and improve the efficiency of our marketing spend.

As an added bonus, being able to compare our performance against industry benchmarks gives us an extra edge against competitors.

  ### 35. A Comprehensive Tool for Marketing Attribution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rio I. | Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is an impressive tool that simplifies the complex world of marketing attribution. It’s user-friendly, even for those without a technical background. The interface is intuitive, and it offers a wide range of dimensions and views to help analyze how our marketing campaigns and content are impacting deals. I’ve found the insights it provides to be useful for refining our marketing strategies. Plus, the customer support is top-notch—they’re always quick to help out and really know their stuff.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

We decided to integrate Dreamdata with our data warehouse instead of Salesforce, which meant we needed extra support from our IT team to get everything set up. While this isn’t Dreamdata’s fault, it’s something to consider when planning your implementation.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata solves the headache of manually joining different datasets to see if our digital campaigns are actually influencing deals. I used to do this with VLOOKUP, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, with Dreamdata, all that data is pulled together and easily accessible. We can quickly see how our marketing efforts are performing and make faster, more informed decisions on where to allocate our resources.

  ### 36. Dreamdata gives you the ultimate truth about marketing and sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Marketing Automation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

One of the things I love most about Dreamdata is its ability to provide deep insights into how marketing and sales efforts are performing. When so many potential touchpoints along the customer journey are never visible to the CRM, it highlights what led up to closing a sale so you can optimize the funnel in ways you'd only be guessing otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It is not very good at making coffee. Maybe that's in the roadmap, but I would hope just just keep focusing on making pretty awesome reports. But seriously, I think the biggest threat to this tool is just how honest it is. Some people really need data silos and don't want the customer journey fully explained in great detail.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us correctly attribute marketing channels, content, and campaigns to revenue where it would be mostly invisible otherwise. For instance, do you have 80% of your leads show up as "Direct Traffic"? If so, then maybe you should investigate pushing all your data into one place, having Dreamdata normalize and help you pull reports on it to see the truth behind that mystery door.

  ### 37. Useful reporting tool for B2B Marketers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenjo M. | VP Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

It brings together data from multiple sources (ad platforms; your website; email marketing, etc.) and ties it to revenue.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It's expensive and takes a while to learn how to use it effectively. And at the end of the day you'll probably need other reporting tools to use alongside it.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It combines data from multiple sources and attaches that data to revenue.

  ### 38. Great at proving marketings contribution to revenue

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Author, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

I've used Dreamdata many times to prove the absolute necessity of Marketing if we are to remain competitive and to continue winning business.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Initially its a lot to take in, would definitely like it to be better on pricing, not sure if I we can go for 2nd year with increased cost.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proving that marketing influences buying decisions

  ### 39. The best B2B Buying Journey Analysis and Attribution tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

- With the reveal functionality, we can identify which companies have visited our website or engaged with our LinkedIn ads.

Exceptionel Customer Support:

- Their support team is excellent. I’ve reached out several times and always received quick, attentive responses, ensuring I felt fully supported.

Dreamdata provides us with the tools and insights necessary to understand our marketing efforts and their impact comprehensively. This platform is a vital asset for any B2B company looking to enhance their marketing strategy and measure success accurately.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There are some manual tasks, such as importing costs into Salesforce campaigns. Additionally, I occasionally find myself missing small features that could make adjusting reports faster and more future-proof. However, the Dreamdata team actively collects feedback for their product development, which is encouraging.

Setting up your account correctly and deep-diving into the details to determine if any account changes are needed takes time. However, this effort is worthwhile. Different companies have varying processes and definitions, which makes it challenging to completely eliminate these setup tasks.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata solves the challenge of tracking and attributing our entire buying journey, from initial contact to deal closure. It provides us with data-driven insights into which channels and campaigns are most effective, allowing us to allocate resources wisely and optimize our marketing efforts.

  ### 40. Dreamdata unlocks so many posssibilities.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob D. | Senior Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

The amount of data Dreamdata can ingest is great, but also its ability to customize how it interprits that data is critical. Businesses operate differently, but Dreamdata can handle that with ease.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

I generally love everything in Dreamdata, but really like to see a native Slack integration or native integration to push it's own data to other sources instead of reverse ETL.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata is helping solve issues around optimizing Paid spend, and also figuring out which marketing efforts yield the best results. It helps us look beyond paid and into events, content, etc. The biggest benefit is its native LinkedIn integration, which helps A LOT!

**Official Response from Alexandra Flygare:**

> Thanks for the feedback Jacob! It's awesome to see that you're getting value from optimizing paid spend and leveraging insights across all channels, including events and content.

We appreciate the suggestion on a native Slack integration and more options for data pushing, will make sure to let our product team know about your idea ;)

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The data-driven attribution model (based on Markov models) is very helpful, but it would be great to be able to learn from the models proactively. For example, could the system make recommendations on channels to invest in/divest from?

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata provides invaluable insights into the customer journey, revealing key data we previously couldn't access. This enables us to identify successful initiatives and focus our efforts where they drive the most impact.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

I'm very satisfied with Dreamdata and highly recommend it to businesses that want deep insights into audience behavior—before they become leads and ultimately customers.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata enables us to map, understand and optimize the customer journey effectively.

  ### 45. A game changer to take Demand Generation to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yanis B. | Head of Marketing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata enable our organization to break silos (Marketing v. Sales) by understanding the whole account journey and the impact of all the touches.

Marketing wise, we are now able to put a business impact (e.g pipeline influenced) on EVERYTHING: tactics, gated content, web page... and adapt our budget allocation looking at business metrics.

The tool can be intimidating as a huge amount of data is there but can easily be mastered by some champions in different teams. Plus: the tools allows huge to avoid a lot of data and IS processes by enbling the user to add any CRM field needed to analyze data.

The implementation and integration with our tech stack wasn't painful at all. It is not magic, you need to clean your house to get the best out of tool but it is also a good occasion to take a step back and simplify processes. Our CSM are really helpful and we were able to find ways to customize the tool to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is evolving fast (a lot of new features since Jan 2024) but still misses some customization to fit our need like the ability to create customer dashboard from different report, be able to compare YoY or have a consolidated view of the funnel.
All of these can be done by integrating the data andd creating our own dashboard from DreamData: our next step

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DreamData allows us to link all Marketing tactics (paid, field and even content) to the pipeline generated and not only to vanity metrics like Lead or CPL. It is a big help to change the teams' mindset to business driven and tighten the relatioship with Sales.

  ### 46. Powerful tool, great customer care

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is a solid tool for SEOs looking to connect their work to real business results. It provides clear insights into how organic efforts contribute to our sales pipeline and revenue, making ROI tracking straightforward. The platform's detailed customer journey data allows for smarter keyword and content strategies. It's quite intuitive and robust.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Needs some time to get used to the vast amount of data and to know what to focus on

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better overview of customer journeys in a b2b environment.
Deal & revenue attribution

**Official Response from Camilla Østergaard:**

> That's great to hear, Phillip! It does indeed take time to adopt a new product, but we hope with our plethora of resources and our active support teams it will be a breeze!

  ### 48. Fast and powerful marketing attribution platform that has helped our marketing team scale rapidly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata has really helped accelerate the impact of our 90 person marketing team by enabling us to build a stronger culture around data, results, and impact.

Since adopting Dreamdata, every single channel, program, and owner has been able to increase their output, and improve ROI. Our team loves using Dreamdata. As a fast growing company with scale, our business has complex needs - different business segments, geographies, and lifecycle stages, but Dreamdata is built in a way that enables us to have multiple stage models to address each of these business goals.

We also love that we can customize reports by filtering by any field from our CRM. As marketers we’re always trying to answer that next level of questions, and these filters, as well as the speed in which they load (Dreamdata is actually fast!!), give the team lots of flexibily.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There is nothing really to dislike. They have been working very closely with us to improve their product based on our recommendations and needs.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily to Dreamdata, we had a self-built attribution solution that loaded in our BI tool, but it would take ages to load and the data was hard to manipulate. Now with Dreamdata we can pull up insights much faster, making our reporting much easier and more accessible, so it’s really been positively benefiting the entire team.

We've been able to increase our rate of insights into our marketing programs at a faster scale, driving more marketing revenue at a higher rate of efficiency.

  ### 49. Fantastic product, shining a light on our dark funnel and the customer journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barry M. | Director Marketing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Huge impact for a relatively low cost. In addition to core functions like Attribution and Online Advertising optimization, DreamData enables us understand the Customer Journey like never before. I would recommend DreamData to anybody seeking to understand more about their Customer Journey for its ease of use, number of features, ease of implementation, ease of integration

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Does not integrate with some platforms, despite volume of channels integrated, we cannot produce a full marketing scorecard. It is difficult to recognize patterns in the Customer Journey data.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DreamData is a low cost way of bringing together multiple data sources to tell a single story about campaigns, content and the customer journey
DreamData enables us identify what is working, particularly in online advertising and the role our website and specific content in driving conversion
We are able to understand the buyer journey through, bringing together at an Account level, all touchpoints in multiple channels, by multiple contacts, which played a role in driving the Account to different revenue stages

  ### 50. We now understand the link between our go-to-market efforts and revenue.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Director, Demand Generation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Before Dreamdata, we struggled to standardize reporting on our demand-generating activities and lifecycle campaigns. Dreamdata now provides a clear view of the entire customer journey, breaking it down into CRM-integrated revenue milestones.

This helps us understand how our content, targeting, SEO, and paid media strategies impact different buyer roles at an account, whether their contact details are known or unknown. By tracking people, accounts, and opportunities through each configured stage, we now optimize our media mix and content efforts, making our GTM process more repeatable, and improving marketing efficiency and sales productivity. The top-down business and operational views serve different stakeholder needs here.

Additionally, the ability to segment revenue data by market data, such as industry and company size, provides deeper insights into deal performance. What a way to excite your CMO and motivate your GTM teams.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

We find it a bit tricky to track upsell/cross-sell deals separately today. It would also be great to see ad impressions at the account level in their customer journey's (ABM) dashboard. Today, we can just see engagements/touchpoints. It would also help us a lot to view trend/period-on-period comparisons natively in the tool. But Team Dreamdata takes feedback seriously, so it's probably a matter of time before these capabilities become a reality.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disaggregated and incomplete GTM data. Marketing & deal performance insights. Driving process and lifecycle campaign optimization across the customer journey from new business opportunities, through adoption, expansion and advocacy.
