**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

It's easy to implement and it has all requred data connections like CRMs, Ad Platforms, Offline cost import. 
What is also nice that the DB could be pushed to our own BQ project so we can manipulate it ourselves. 
Customer support is very nice and easy going.
Audinece Hub also helps push new leads to ad platforms (and potentially to CRM with reverse ETL, we have't used it yet that way).
I am a true fan of Revenue Segmentation report which helps to analyse more in depth what each segment mean for the business, how it's acquired, etc.
Another great feature, is server-side analytics which could be set up relatively easy (we use it).
And offline conversion which are available without reverse ETL - they already saved my life once and I was using them for extra data points to anlyse the effecieny of LinkedIn Ads.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

It lacks customization but it's not where DD's strenght. It's mainly in helping you bring all your data in one place, clean it up and normalize. For some, it might be an advantage for some not, but real flexibility is coming with own BQ project. With this, one can easily connect a BI tool of choice and build any report they want.
There are a couple of features that would really make it a killer tool:
- conditional filtering
- date ranges comparison.

It helps to build a single source of truth for marketing (and demand gen) teams and also bring marketing and sales together.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata is a robust marketing attribution tool that's incredibly quick and simple to set up and start using. 

The process of implementing the JavaScript and completing the integrations is straightforward, thanks to the documentation provided that guides you through the onboarding, but also attributed to the team who are always available to step in and help whenever needed.  .

I'm particularly impressed with Dreamdata Reveal, at Globus.ai I am responsible for both marketing and sales, and here I get the best of both worlds. Dreamdata Reveal collects engagement data from my chosen intent sources, all of which I can then very easily use to identify buying signals from the companies that are engaging with with our brand the most, no matter where it is. So, now I get to see what content is performing best whilst also making sure my sales reps know how to prioritise their sales outreach towards the 'most' sales-ready accounts.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

The platform could benefit from a design and UX refresh. 

Dreamdata provides a wealth of functionality, but some features can easily be overlooked simply because the interface can feel overcrowded with too many options at once. For instance, the naming conventions of various tabs in the platform can be subjective, which might add to the confusion.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Dreamdata, Globus can now pinpoint how marketing efforts are impacting our prospects and deals. We can track the origins of our leads whilst also identifying all the touchpoints that bring prospects into our CRM.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Configuration was pretty easy. They provide native integrations to most of our data sources and the CS team helped us map and configure everything so we were able to get actionable insights a few weeks in to our subscription. Their "recipes" provide good best practices to get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There's no way to create custom reports such as comparisons between two periods. I spend a lot of time cycling back and forth between different reports and timeframes to determine how performance evolved over time.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DD helps us gauge the performance of our paid and organic content efforts. Because they are pulling data from all "sources of truth" (ie CRM for deal and revenue data - much more accurate than GA for example) and able to piece together the influence of actions between first and last touch, we're getting a much more accurate read of the influence paid campaigns and content have on revenue and can make more informed decision on what we need to optimize, increase budget or traffic on and determine what type of content (topics and format) impact pipeline the most.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Firstly, Dreamdata helps businesses bypass some of the internal politics of reporting. When data visualization is done in house, internal conversations can revolve around the appearance of a report, and the way it is structured... Dreamdata's templatized approach to data visualization helps a marketing team to align on the data and the storytelling, rather than the way the data is presented.

Dreamdata's reveal (customer journey report) provides real value to sales teams in the form of aggregated signals. When used correctly, it can empower business development representatives to tailor their outreach and maximize their impact.

It's a reasonably easy tool to navigate once you've finished the integration work, and our onboading account management has been good.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Any tool that structures your data into their framework, is going to create "square peg, round hole" type scenarios. The stage modelling is built to only reference one object per stage... which creates complexity for SFDC CRM systems at the lead and contact level (when records are recycled).

One of the hardest parts of marketing reporting is answering the question "is this good or bad?" and the subsequent question "what action should I take, now that I know this?". Not an easy thing for a product to solve for, but I'd love to see this on the development roadmap.

- It's enabling our sales and marketing teams real-time access to data and reporting, relieving some of the burden on our marketing operations team.
- It's providing signal aggregation for our sales teams to improve the relevancy of their outreach efforts.
- It's giving our digital team more insight on their paid program, across ad tech, which empowers them to have more meaningful conversation with their performance marketing agency.

- See which channels, campaigns, keywords etc. created or influenced each step of the lead cycle, from leads to closed deal stage.
- Measure ROI easily.
- Suitable for long sales cycles
- Works well for multiple channels such as organic, paid etc.
- Support is great, I reached out to them couple of times and they replied quickly and with care, so you feel always supported by them.

- In the past we were experiencing slow loading of numbers when date or cahnnel settings were adjusted, but they solved this issue and we do not experience this anymore.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata is built for helping B2B companies in the attribution and analysis of their sales cycles. That's what separates it from the tools like GA4 and the other general use analytics and attribution platforms. You can directly see which campaign, ad group, keyword etc. generate the SQL, Opportunity and even the revenue driven for your company. This helps you to leave the guesswork out and plan accurately for your SQL and pipeline goals.

Well thought out features that support most of the critical measurement and attribution needs for a modern B2B marketer.

I love how Dreamdata enables us to track and attribute customer journeys, so that we can surface what campaigns, channels, content and even offline events impact MQLs, sales pipeline and revenues.

Their out of the box account data models are super useful too!

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Could do with more management friendly dashboard templates to visualise key outcomes.

My favorite feature is the Audience creation capability. Creating audiences in Dreamdata enables me to retarget via LinkedIn Ads on a much better level. Additionally, I also like the Paid Marketing views to see ROI and influenced pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

I'd really like to see custom reports/custom dashboards, so I can put together the data that I need on a daily/weekly basis.

Since DreamData, we've been able to predictably produce pipeline better by adjusting processes and flows on behalf of the touches, sessions and actions we monitor. 
Dreamdata provides an excellent customer journey overview, which gives us insights into the full SCL specified in sessions and actions. Both from a marketing and sales perspective, this is very useful in terms of scaling.

It's a great way of looking at results and measuring revenue attribution from different channels.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

Even though it seems intuitive, you will still need time to figure out all of the functions and how to best use the tool in your business.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a sales perspective, DreamData has provided us with the needed info to analyze and understand the actions and touches behind the full SCL. We see patterns of where to improve and where to build on top of successes.
Again, to be able to identify which channels and campaigns are contributing to producing pipeline and revenue, DreamData is a must-have!

Easy to use and see effectiveness of email campaigns as a channel manager.

Allows me to see insight into targets that I can action on to stay on track.

Team always provides support or answers questions in a quick efficient manner when something hasn't looked right.

Sometimes can be challenging to use the visual views in the bottom of the attribution reporting.

Since has quite a few features its hard to know where to get started.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

We've been using Dreamdata for around 2 1/2 years, during which time we have been able to streamline our marketing data into one place. This has allowed us to analyze our marketing funnel, look into customer journeys and see where we need to best spend our marketing efforts.
We have a great relationship with our CSM, who is always reachable and has provided great support for our onboarding process and navigating the use of DreamData within our organization. It's a constant work in progress to understand our data and how we can best utilize it and he has been by our side making sure this happens.
We constantly give feedback to Dreamdata and feel that they take it into account and incorporate it into their product in new releases which is super nice to see!

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There are certain restrictions in terms of reports in the platform which we have been able to solve with other solutions that the team has provided.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline our different data platforms into one place and be able to benefit from this to understand our various campaign efforts and marketing spend. Full circle view of marketing funnel :)

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

With steep growth ambitions comes a need to accelerate revenue wherever it’s possible. And it’s in our search to find a solution that’d help deliver this growtih that we found Dreamdata. 

Since, Dreamdata has been a key part of how our marketing team predictably produces pipeline and revenue. With Dreamdata’s account-based, multi-touch data model we can go back and look at all the touches our accounts have had in their buying journey. 

This helps us scale the campaigns that work and stop the ones that don’t. No more old school last-touch / single-touch / original source field. Now every touch point of the accounts are organized into a nice, transparent timeline that is super easy to act upon.

Lastly, the customer support has been nothing but impressive. Quick response rate. Qualified assistance. Friendly people. A joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

We should have started earlier. Some data is available historically i.e. the stuff in your CRM. But tracking data from the website takes a bit of time to aggregate long enough if your sales cycles are long. The best time to plant a tree… is now.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have long buyer journeys and the normal tools do not give us the correct insight on the complete buying journey. Dreamdata closes the gap and provides us with actionable insights on what to act upon across all stages of the pipeline. These insights have helped us 3x our investment in marketing because we now have proof of its impact on revenue. A true game-changer.

The integrations are a huge plus. Direct integration with hubspot, linkedin, facebook and listing platforms makes it easy to compile all data sources together.

An additional benefit of having Dreamdata has been that our marketing team is no longer stuck waiting for our data engineers to assist them in carrying out day-to-day queries on data. This has made making decisions and implementing our strategies more efficient than ever.

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

Dreamdata allows us to have a complete overview of the entire customer journey. Such a thorough attribution model enables us to allocate our budget properly and create prediction models based on the number of touchpoints and time to revenue for different customer segments. Additionally, we can prove the ROI of all those support activities that enable conversion but rearely occur as last touch points. The free version is very generous allowing you to already discover what companies visited your site and monitor behavior and engagement. The paid version is the perfect cockpit for attribution, ROAS optimization, and ABM. Use it daily as the main marketing and sales dashboard!

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

There's obviously some initial setup to go through. And the more accurately you go through this phase the more reliable your results are. It's not a problem explicitly connected to the platform. It's just that to get started you need to centralize all your information, data sources, channels, forms, social media forms, and utms. Dreamdata guides you along the way with direct integrations and step-by-step documentation for all other connections.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's often hard to explain marketing to non-marketers. And subsequently, it's hard to get the buy-in for specific campaigns, justify spending, give kudos to the right people who contributed to creating an opportunity with their hard work. At the same time, it's also hard to verify the efficacy of every campaign and activity, decide on budget allocation, and measure the contribution of different initiatives in terms of pipeline and ARR. 
Being able to see the entire journey that led a prospect from a potential target to paying customer is an extremely powerful tool.  Non marketers often simply look at the last touchpoint for attribution and tend to overestimate the importance of specific channels and question the expenditure model. 
On the other hand, it's easy to overlook the importance of supporting activities and monitor their role in the conversion journey. When looking at the real picture, you can clearly see what steps led customers to decide. Dreamdata allows marketers to think in multi-touch journeys that involve multiple decision makers. Having the opportunity to visualize such journey, all the touchpoints involved, all the participants in the decision-making process, the time it took for prospects to go through the journey allow us to:

a) understand what activities work 
b) see how we can optimize our budget 
c) give attribution to all marketing channels based on their role in the customer journey 
d) clearly show the ROI of marketing initiatives 
e) be more precise when it comes to projections 
f) Invest more time in actually executing campaigns rather than trying to understand how we can collect data

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

- The thing I value most with DreamData is their content hub, recipes, and customer support. I have been doing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for B2B companies since 2017 and because I was previously a Google Analytics user it was very helpful to have DreamData's content repertoire to learn this new tool.
- DreamData is feature ritch and the support team is both knowledgeable and friendly
- DreamData has great multi-channel KPI tracking and I like looking at the customer journey touchpoints. This is helpful in evaluating how our Organic and Direct channels are driving revenue as well as supporting our other channels
- **New Feature** B2B Benchmarking - DreamData provides industry benchmarking for your various channels which is very useful when communicating

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

My biggest bugaboo with DreamData is I really wish DreamData had the capability like Google Search Console or Analytics where you can compare two time periods side by side,
Comparing week over week. Month over Month, QoQ or 12 month vs previous year. I hope they add it soon.
That is pretty much my only dislike about DreamData. I was not a part of the integration process but I heard from my manager that it did take a lot of time and dev resources to get up and running.

Here's what I love about Dreamdata: 

1. I can replace the majority of what I do in Google Analytics with Dreamdata for free and the interface is simple

My biggest gripe with GA4 is that while I was absolutely pumped about it, it just doesn't live up to the hype. It is incredibly hard to use. I don't even log into it at all anymore and haven't since using Dreamdata. 

2. I can track in app data and work out what is working and what's not 

One of the things I was really excited about with GA4 is being able to track post-signup activity on a subdomain but it turned out to be a pain to do this. 

But Dreamdata gives me a lot of insight into the whole lifecycle which is really important. With integrations with Segment and with GTM, I can just send data directly from those integrations to Dreamdata and build attribution reports around: 

- What caused the initial signup 
- What influenced someone to go from free trial to revenue
- What my highest ACV accounts needed and then use that data to calculate ROI 

They even show me a breakdown of TOFU, MOFU and BOFU activity and report based on that 

3. This is a product made for B2B SaaS analytics and attribution

Most of the analytics products that are out there serve multiple markets. GA4 is made for e-commerce and for mobile apps predominantly but can do some of what SaaS products need

But Dreamdata is focused only on B2B SaaS and is, quite literally, a dream to configure because of that 

In a sales-led model, you can integrate your CRM data directly and breakdown revenue attribution by deal stage – this is a game changer

4. Their team is super helpful! 

I've been talking to a bunch of their team on LinkedIn for a while now and I'm really impressed

If I have a question, they always have an answer or go off and look for it quickly 

They even helped me configure some stuff that I was working on

I can't think of anything to be honest. It genuinely does everything that I want it to do. 

There are lots of tools on the market but this is the only one I've come across that's made for B2B SaaS analytics

If there's one thing that's challenging, it's working with Dreamdata when you have no CRM. But most of the time, that's not a problem.

Most analytics products can't help you understand how groups of people within an organization are actually buying. That's unusual in analytics tools. And they recently released lots of updates to this functionality.

I've spent years configuring Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics to help understand how visitors on B2B SaaS websites become customers, and Dreamdata is built to do exactly that out of the box.

Other web analytics products are built for e-commerce funnels, and B2B markters need to understand activity on a much different timeline. 

Dreamdata does a great job of helping me understand web activity, and integrates with other platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Salesforce to help create a clearer picture of what is and isn't working in our marketing campaigns.

Dreamdata is still in the early phases of it's product journey, so some aspects of the dashboard are not intuitive for new users. The great thing is their team is responsive and always happy to help uncover current features and listen to ideas for improvements.

Dreamdata enables us to track performance per channel even better. Where are now able to see more of the customer journey of a website visitor as Dreamdata reports from the first touch moment all the way until a deal is closed. 

Before, we were not able to see the exact performance of a lot of different channels. Now we can see exactly what channels/campaigns contribute to generating revenue. 

Another huge advantage of Dreamdata is that we're finally able to track organic performance properly. A lot of SEO content contributes to the first touch, while most of the data tracking tools are not able to show you the organic performance. 

We saved thousand of of monthly ad spend by pausing keywords other tracking tools claimed where delivering revenue. With a good look with dreamdata, the keywords barely contributed. 

Imagine you can instantly see what channels are performing, without your last touch data being overwritten by branded terms or other campaigns. Shutting down non-performing campaigns and increasing the budget on the ones that are working. That's where Dreamdata comes in.

Working with the people from Dreamdata has been a perfect experience.

That we didn't start earlier with Dreamdata. You only get the data from the moment you start collecting it. Even though Dreamdata is able to pull in historical data, you really want to have the Dreamdata pixel up and running as soon as possible to get the best insights.

"Influenced" metrics are shown in some charts and reports, but not in others.

Sometimes we found minor UI bugs where leads would be named opportunities or vice-versa.

Easy integration with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and all ad accounts. Intuitive setup for all goals, content groups, etc. If you have an intermediate understanding of any modern web analytics tool, you'll be able to do a basic setup quickly.

Customer journey reports, together with revenue analytics, are the biggest benefits for now (we are still new to Dreamdata).

I had a great experience with onboarding and help from the Dreamdata team. This tool is essential for any B2B or SaaS company. Even the free version provides valuable and actionable data and insights.

Solves a lot of problems for marketing teams, like which content is contributing to revenue. You can use it for revenue attribution sure, but I feel that the best use case is optimization. For example I know how much ad spend relates to revenue, and which channels, sources, and content types produce demo requests. There's a lot you can do and they are developing new functionalities all the time. I especially like the cool UI.

We had a very long business trial with Dreamdata and were very happy with their solution.
It was very adaptable; David and the team did a great job onboarding us and helping with anything we needed. the integration with our platforms was amazing and easy to do!
I gained new insight into my platforms that I would never have seen, which helped me improve my daily optimizations. 
We didn't continue because of a change in our organization. I recommend and will use it in the future!

Some features have a slight problem understanding them in scale, but it is minor.

The deal inspector is my favorite feature. We use the deal-inspector feature to analyze all won deals and see how each touchpoint helps us win a deal. Dreamdata helps us get a complete overview of our customer journey, so we're able to scale the right channels with more confidence. Dreamdata is like Google Analytics for B2B

It takes some time to get started, but it's worth it.

It helps gather unscattered marketing and sales data in one place, including content analytics tracking, which was otherwise hard for us to capture. Additionally, audience hub is a great actionable feature that helps execute strategies for targeted audiences and understand their journeys.

What I like best about Dreamdata are the revenue attribution insights across all the channels and initiatives. Having such a clear helicopter view is very important for me to make better informed decisions.

The complete onboarding is a bit demanding, but I do not wonder because the tool needs the data. During the integration of Dreamdata, you will likely find some skeletons you need to fix, which is a benefit!

**What do you like best about Dreamdata?**

For Factbird, Dreamdata stands out as a robust analytics and insights platform tailored for any B2B business with a simple or complex buying journey. Its integration into our marketing operations has been transformative, offering deep insights into the buying journey, prospect and customer behavior, and business impact of marketing efforts.

The ability to merge data from various sources (paid, organic, review sites, and more) provides a unified view of marketing performance.  Dreamdata then consolidates your data to map out the buying journey, revealing critical touchpoints and interactions.

The platform is user-friendly, with a clean interface that makes navigation intuitive - and makes GA4 and Looker Studio seem even more unnecessary. It's a plug-and-play implementation when setting up your integrations, so you'll be up and running in no time, which is an added benefit. 

Also, the customer success team is brilliant in onboarding to ensure optimal usage should there be any questions. Kudos to Johanne from Dreamdata.

The first thing we check in the morning is Dreamdata. It's really that good.

**What do you dislike about Dreamdata?**

I have no dislikes. It's a super good tool that any B2B marketeer would benefit from having.

As with any system, sometimes there are little bugs. The only bug I've experienced is minor. In 1 out of 10 instances when you want to analyze companies through the reveal functionality and you click on a specific company, it'll pull up a list of the company overview rather than the specific company you clicked on.

**What problems is Dreamdata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dreamdata helps shine a light on the black box that B2B marketing often is. Customer journeys are rarely linear and prospects will have many touchpoints throughout the funnel. When you use Dreamdata, you can actually connect activities to pipeline, which results in an additional layer of certainty when making decisions on which marketing programs to improve or scrap. Using Dreamdata with self-reported attribution takes you far in evaluating your growth engine.

There will never be a single source of truth, but Dreamdata will get you close.
