"Informative and easy to use"

What do you like best about Signagelive?

Signagelive has been helping us keep our employees informed for about three years now. The versatility of the system allows us to present the data we have without much effort. We display static images as well as internal websites that track our production. Our Quality and Safety departments update information constantly and they appreciate how easy it is to add, remove, and specify displays for the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signagelive?

It would be nice to have access to live video services with news and local weather. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Quality and Safety departments must keep our employees trained and aware of any issues in our facilities. Signagelive has made this process easier and much more effective. Our signage is very business oriented, we don't post a lot of "fun" stuff, and our employees still pay attention to, and comment on, the content. What do you like best about Signagelive?

So for me, my best thing about signagelive is the support and documents on making changes and the understanding of how everything works. When first starting up I struggled to understand how certain things worked and found it a bit difficult to get it to do what I needed it too. Thanks to the brilliant staff team at SignageLive they were able to help me out almost instantly using their live chat feature. I personally do not use it much but I focused more on the setting up of the system and to be able to pass the knowledge on to others who were going to use it. I immediately stated that their best option is speak to the support team who are very knowledgeable with any issues they face. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signagelive?

As I was focused on just setting up the device learning how to do so was the thing I most disliked. I was very unfamiliar with the UI and didnt understand all the terminology used as it is quite design focused. I found it difficult to get my display to show up on the TV even though the documents were pretty much spot on for getting that and I found it difficult getting my display the right size as obviously building it on a 1080 monitor and moving it to a 4k massive TV was not exactly spot on. With some tweaking and some excellent help from the SignageLive team I could not be more happy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your feedback! You have a choice of how often your content updates if you go to the player settings and find "Content check in". Content can check in up to once a minute. There may be some variables depending how fast your internet is and how big your file is.

What do you like best about Signagelive?

That the support team is patient and kind while being knowledgeable, I have had several emergencies in which Bill Strickland personally ensured I got what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signagelive?

That my offices aren't able to run multiple TVs off one device, the docs would love to broadcast the same signal in each adjusting room and therapy bay but the cost of purchasing additional units is out of the business model as well as the splitter wiring isn't conducive to the office design. Would be nice if there was a way to piggy back signals with a smart tv somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Signagelive:

Don't spin your wheels if you get stuck trying to figure something out, their support team is phenominal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signagelive?

It looks like it is easy to manage and is cloud based. It also seems to be secure. It has some other options I can look into and see if it may be applicable to our needs. Being cloud based, it will be easier to make changes and adjustments whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
