The versatility of the system allows us to present the data we have without much effort. We display static images as well as internal websites that track our production. Our Quality and Safety departments update information constantly and they appreciate how easy it is to add, remove, and specify displays for the content. **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** It would be nice to have access to live video services with news and local weather. **What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Quality and Safety departments must keep our employees trained and aware of any issues in our facilities. Our signage is very business oriented, we don't post a lot of "fun" stuff, and our employees still pay attention to, and comment on, the content. When first starting up I struggled to understand how certain things worked and found it a bit difficult to get it to do what I needed it too. Thanks to the brilliant staff team at SignageLive they were able to help me out almost instantly using their live chat feature. I personally do not use it much but I focused more on the setting up of the system and to be able to pass the knowledge on to others who were going to use it. I immediately stated that their best option is speak to the support team who are very knowledgeable with any issues they face. **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** As I was focused on just setting up the device learning how to do so was the thing I most disliked. I was very unfamiliar with the UI and didnt understand all the terminology used as it is quite design focused. I found it difficult to get my display to show up on the TV even though the documents were pretty much spot on for getting that and I found it difficult getting my display the right size as obviously building it on a 1080 monitor and moving it to a 4k massive TV was not exactly spot on. With some tweaking and some excellent help from the SignageLive team I could not be more happy **What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously were using an out of date Chrome Stick which would no longer support what we required. For example, to edit the content in a given playlist, the user must navigate through 3 different dropdowns and sit through a loading time. Once the playlist has been saved, it must be republished onto specific devices before they will show the updated playlist, which is somewhat counter intuitive. The devices should show the content of the playlist as it has been saved, regardless of when it was published - or the option for this workflow should at least be available in the settings. **What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signagelive allows us to post informational and advertisement content to a number of digital signs across our sites. This benefits us by saving the time that would ordinarily be taken by updating these screens locally, individually. ### 14. For a Sass offering the product and sales process gave the impression of a legacy system that was too complicated for even the sales people to understand. This ultimately comes down to the developer of the widget(s) and not Signagelive, though.
