It also offers the ability to run an online store and accept online payments/donations. **What do you dislike about Doubleknot?** It's a bit one-size-fits-all and can be difficult to customize to your specific event needs. **What problems is Doubleknot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us manage camp and event registrations. ### 2. Not only has it covered registration, membership, reservations, admissions and ticketing, however it has covered so much more. It has helped us cover our sale solutions for non-profits. Doubleknot has not only been easy to use, however it has been efficient as well. We have barely had any issues using it, and any issue was resolved easily, and was usually our fault for misunderstanding something. I could not vouch for Doubleknot more, and I would recommend it greatly. **What do you dislike about Doubleknot?** One of the very few issues would just be getting used to the software. It does cover a lot of material and can take some time getting used to, however it is extremely rewarding after getting used to the software. **Recommendations to others considering Doubleknot:** As I have stated earlier, our company has greatly benefited from Doubleknot. I would reccomend it to any company, it has helped us by being clean and efficient. It is easy to use, and covers such a high variety of materail. **What problems is Doubleknot solving and how is that benefiting you?** As said earlier, Doubleknot has helped us with registration and membership issues greatly. It has swiftly and efficiently helped us, and any issue that we have had, was just due to lack of experience. ### 3. If you are renting beds, equipment or locations it can be as simple or as detailed as you need it to be.. **What do you dislike about Doubleknot?** It is sometimes difficult to work with other financial systems for payment options, but there are ways to work around it. **What problems is Doubleknot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Budget and itemizing reservations has been one of our biggest accomplishments since using it ### 4. I am searching for someone named Amanda but they registered under Mandy. **What problems is Doubleknot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall: Doubleknot has made our workload incredibly easy. The set up was the most time consuming part of the project, but well worth it. Works great for customer facing as well as internal. Great Purchase!
