What do you like best about Doubleknot?

Doubleknot has helped out our company so much. Not only has it covered registration, membership, reservations, admissions and ticketing, however it has covered so much more. It has helped us cover our sale solutions for non-profits. Doubleknot has not only been easy to use, however it has been efficient as well. We have barely had any issues using it, and any issue was resolved easily, and was usually our fault for misunderstanding something. I could not vouch for Doubleknot more, and I would recommend it greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doubleknot?

One of the very few issues would just be getting used to the software. It does cover a lot of material and can take some time getting used to, however it is extremely rewarding after getting used to the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a certain registration when families do not give me enough information, I wish there was a feature that would allow for close spelling or nick names to be searched ex.
