It is very easy to use and user friendly. I have used quiet a few digital menu companies and this is by far the best I have used. Dimpy and team are very fast at responding to emails when you have an issue or need help. When I say fast I mean, I get a response within 30 minutes.

It integrates very well to the TVs as well.

It has a number of features and menu templates to choose from. This is an amazing product.

Dotsignage is very easy to use. We have been working with them for a number of years and whenever there are questions or issues they are promptly answered, The backend is easy to use. I love the Scheduling Feature as well. It is an easy sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While there are a ton on images to choose from it would be nice to have a wider variety. If there were a way to implement remotely without having to enter the pairing code (which requires someone to be on location to either read it, or to go in person) that would be a great feature althoughI am not sure if that is even possible. We've been using DotSignage for almost three years now. The ease of use compares to no other. Creating a digital board or rotating menu takes nothing but minutes. Its not American service, but they are way more helpful and available. I tried 5 American companies for the same service and they were all a huge disappointment and cost way more. Dimpy has been a huge help and always responds quicklys, calls me if I ask, and helps me all the time.
