We’ve been using DotSignage across our five locations. We mainly rely on the menu editor and the scheduling function. It’s been four years so far, and we’re very satisfied with its performance. When we update a menu in the template editor, the changes automatically reflect across all of our locations, which saves a significant amount of time. With the scheduler, it also switches between our breakfast and lunch menu boards automatically. Support has been excellent whenever we’ve needed assistance, and the pricing is affordable. We were using printed menu boards before DotSignage. The cost of printing plus time and coordination across all the locations to get updated menu boards was a real pain. We use DotSignage across our five pizzerias in Wisconsin. We used to have printed menu boards; however, after switching to DotSignage for our digital menu boards, we’re not only saving money but also delivering a better message to our customers. At first, we didn’t like the idea of a digital menu board. Over time, though, the day-to-day printing and keeping a uniform menu across different locations became difficult. We evaluated a few platforms, but the DotSignage template editor was the main reason we chose them. Pricing was the secon reason. Their support has been good as well, although there hasn’t been much need for it because the system is pretty easy to use. There’s no need to print menus or worry about whether each location has received the latest version. From the console, I can control all my screens and update the menu boards whenever needed. There are many companies that claim to manage your in-store signage and menu boards but DotSignage is the one to choose. From ease of use, to professional templates, to customer support and excellent pricing, DotSignage has them all beat. Some companies require installation of hardware to your monitor. DotSignage does not. Simply make changes on your computer and publish. That's it! The changes publish instantly to any location. Their pricing is great and customer support is second to none. It is very easy to use and user friendly. I have used quiet a few digital menu companies and this is by far the best I have used. Dimpy and team are very fast at responding to emails when you have an issue or need help. When I say fast I mean, I get a response within 30 minutes. It integrates very well to the TVs as well. We had another company we were using (and paying 100X more for.) To make a menu edit you need a degree in coding to making it work. They also looked like they were from the 1920. With DotSignage – it is as easy to create and update like Canva or Powerpoint. So you don’t need a degree to figure out how to make an amazing looking digital menu. If there were a way to implement remotely without having to enter the pairing code (which requires someone to be on location to either read it, or to go in person) that would be a great feature althoughI am not sure if that is even possible.
