What do you like best about Dot Insights?

As a media company working with multiple brands, the biggest value for us is being able to quickly understand the “why” behind performance changes. Previously, when visibility dropped, we had to manually investigate each brand one by one. With Dot Insights, we can instantly see whether the change is driven by pricing, availability, or competitor activity.

The AI insight agent is especially valuable at scale. It automatically surfaces the most critical insights across all the brands we manage, saving our team from spending hours digging through data or Excel sheets. Nothing major so far. The platform keeps evolving, and we’re already getting strong value from it.

What problems is Dot Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a large portfolio brand, one of our challenges is keeping up with fast-changing marketplace dynamics—new brands emerging, shifting shopper preferences, and constantly moving category benchmarks.

With Usersdot, we can clearly see which emerging brands are gaining traction and understand the reasons behind their growth. By analyzing shopper questions and reviews, we identify purchase barriers early and adjust our product content and positioning accordingly.

At the same time, we actively track key e-commerce metrics like reviews, ratings, buy box ownership, pricing, product visuals, and digital shelf share across retailer, brand, and category levels. This gives the team real-time visibility in a 24/7 dynamic environment.

We’re actively using it across Trendyol, Amazon, and Hepsiburada, where trends and competition shift very quickly. The dynamic recommendation system also helped us optimize retail media investments, improving sponsored product performance by 25–30%.

The “Ask the AI” feature is a standout for us. In the electronics category, we often need very specific comparisons — for example, analyzing negative sentiment around battery performance between our device and a competitor’s model. Being able to run these queries instantly and get a visual comparison saves us hours of manual Excel work.
