**What do you like best about DOPE?**

The WhatsApp-based feedback collection has made the biggest difference for us. Our Indian customers respond on WhatsApp at a much higher rate than over email, and the response rates we’re seeing now are significantly better than anything we achieved before. The churn prediction signals are also very useful, being able to identify which customers are at risk before they stop buying gives us time to reach out, address issues early, and retain them.

**What do you dislike about DOPE?**

The dashboard has a bit of a learning curve at first. It took me a few days to figure out which metrics to prioritize and how to interpret the sentiment scores correctly. A short onboarding guide would make it easier for new users to get comfortable with the dashboard more quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering DOPE:**

If your D2C brand is struggling with low repeat purchase rates and you don’t have a dedicated data analyst, DOPE does a solid job of filling that gap. Give it about 60 days, and the customer intelligence you get can genuinely change how you make day-to-day operational decisions.

**What problems is DOPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to collect meaningful post-purchase feedback from our D2C customers. Our email surveys were getting less than a 5 percent response rate, and we had no real visibility into why customers weren’t returning after their first order. DOPE addressed this by managing the entire feedback collection process automatically across calls, WhatsApp, and email. Now we receive weekly reports on customer sentiment, churn-risk signals, and recurring themes, without any manual effort from our team.

**What do you like best about DOPE?**

The Call and WhatsApp feedback collection is the standout feature. Indian customers actually respond on calla and WhatsApp unlike email where response rates were always low. Getting real feedback from a much larger percentage of our customers has completely changed how we make product and operations decisions.

**What do you dislike about DOPE?**

The dashboard has a learning curve initially. It takes a few days to understand all the metrics and what to prioritize. A short onboarding session would help new users get up to speed faster.

**Recommendations to others considering DOPE:**

If you are running a D2C brand in India and your repeat purchase rate is not where you want it to be, start with DOPE. The churn prediction signals alone are worth it. Give it 60 days and you will have more customer insight than you have ever had.
