It allows staff members to work within a single system to communicate and work together on projects. It also has a nifty feature that emails staff members (this feature can also be turned off, if desired) when certain changes are made or when a task is assigned to them. There is no way to remove a folder that has been attached to a task. So if you accidentally add the wrong folder, you either have to make a note about that and hope no one gets confused, or you have to scrap the entire task/event and create a new one with all the info copied over. It's a definite design flaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
