I work with 4 different property managers across 10 properties, and DoorVault finally gives me one place where the data comes together. Knox reads PM statements, files documents, creates transactions, helps reconcile deposits against what the PM reported, and keeps the portfolio view current. It is not just document storage or bookkeeping. It actually understands the investor side of rental ownership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that there is a learning curve because DoorVault covers so much of the investor back office. Setting up properties, PMs, document flows, bank reconciliation, cloud sync, and reporting takes a little attention at the beginning. Once everything is connected, though, the time savings are obvious and the system becomes much easier than the spreadsheets, folders, and PM portals it replaced.
