**What do you like best about DonorPoint?**

Donor Point is a platform built on a solid philosophy: the tool fits the business and not the other way around. It is a right-sized solution in a marketplace that caters to small or huge organizations and nothing in between. We were able to meet very specific business needs in a way no other platform would allow.

**What do you dislike about DonorPoint?**

Donor Point is always growing to meet its customers needs. They have made big improvements that help their customers anticipate and plan for those changes.

**What problems is DonorPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed online fundraising tools fur very specific uses cases. The flexibility of the platform and stellar support made that possible. We were able to accommodate advanced donor choice and streamline the renewal process.
