**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

They’ve added more payment options, which makes it easier for donors from different countries to contribute.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

It would be great to have more flexibility in customizing forms and email receipts without needing to upgrade.


**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox allows us to receive donations from all payment types in one place, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. It makes giving easy for our supporters and saves us a lot of time compared to handling separate systems. It’s also simple to track donations and export reports when we need them.

im not very tech savvy, so I dont have any complaints or any suggestions for improvement. Any time a company can lower their prices.

I appreciate Donorbox for its clean interface, making it easy to manage. I like how it allows for easy access to data on giving trends and historical giving, which helps us quickly see if donations have dropped off and if action is needed to connect with donors. The initial setup of Donorbox was quick and easy, which was a relief, especially compared to our previous experience with Giftworks.

Dashboard could be a little more streamlined.

Donorbox processes donations and deposits them directly into our accounts. It provides easy access to data on giving trends, helping us quickly identify drops in donations and take action.

Easy to use, and the staff are very helpful whenever I have questions.

I don't love that you have to have a first and last name for a donor instead of an option for a company name. Most of our donors are businesses, not people.

We have had people ask for the option for online donations and now we have it!

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I really like the ease of use of Donorbox; the platform is very user-friendly. Although I am not very familiar with this type of application, Donorbox seemed more understandable to me and was easier to share compared to similar platforms like GoFundMe. I also found that the initial setup was quite easy and understandable, and any questions that arose could be quickly resolved with the Q&A section.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I really didn't find anything I didn't like about Donorbox.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox made it easier for me to collect funds during a difficult time for an expensive operation for my cat. It made the process more formal to avoid suspicions of fraud and simplified the receipt of international donations without complications with the transactions.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I think Donorbox is very easy to use, and that's a big deal for us since we've never used this kind of software before. We're not really tech-savvy and usually do invites over platforms like Facebook, but Donorbox makes it very simple for anyone to handle. It's like a nice sandbox to play in where you can't really mess things up. I also appreciate the simplicity of having an all-in-one space to do everything, which is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I don't have anything yet. I think maybe someone reaching out via phone call would probably be easier. I know we've gotten a few emails, so I could probably ask for a little more help. But maybe a little bit, more, for lack of a better term, forceful.

I use Donorbox for its simplicity in managing everything in one place, creating sponsorships, invites, and tracking donors easily. It's user-friendly and straightforward, even for someone not tech-savvy.

The availability to nonprofits who usually do not have a large budget for multiple platforms.

We wish there was more templates and landing pages to choose from. We had a hard time using the P2P fundraising platform this year. A lot of of our supporters complained

We use donor box for our general donation form as well as one off events that are ticketed. This has saved us time and money, but it is no longer meeting our needs.

I like that Donorbox is easy and simple to navigate. It keeps a ready inventory of different ideas on how to fundraise, which makes me better at fundraising. The setup was very simple too.

I think embedding Donorbox onto the mobile app and websites can be updated to increase AI interactions. I envision these solutions with getting technological advancement such as holograms, such as multiple users, and more tools for developers to share ideas.

Donorbox solves the problem of marketing my nonprofit to corporate foundations, the general population, and institutions supporting philanthropic efforts. It's easy to navigate, keeps a ready inventory of fundraising ideas, and is essential for maintaining transparency and capturing donors.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like Donorbox for its ability to export donation information, which allows me to track who sends donations, from which geography, and be able to contact them. The initial setup of Donorbox for our organization was easy, which made it convenient for our nonprofit's fundraising campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Donorbox has not been accurately assigning certain data to donations. I assign certain gifts to certain levels of donations but when I export this data, some of the data is missing that I have to manually fix.

Donorbox gives us a platform to receive donations and host our campaigns. I like the ability to export donation information, which helps me track donations and contact donors.

Donorbox is very easy to set up and start using. The navigation is clear, which makes it easy to find the path you need quickly and efficiently. The graphs really help you to monitor your progress in fundraising.

It works, no downtime, can handle large volumes without much issues

No real API for developer (only GET, no answer on their github), no solution for native donations, pricing is weird

A single platform for multi-currency donations (PayPal, iDeal, Credit Card, and debit card, and most currencies, though most of that is handled by Stripe)

Setting up was straightforward, and I really appreciate that I receive an email notification each time a donation is made. I also like that donors automatically get a thank you note and a receipt for their tax records. The website is extremely user-friendly. Even though I had no prior experience with online donation platforms, I managed to get everything running in just one day. And it's FREE!

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

At this time, I don't have any dislikes.

I've noticed that the majority of donations are received when there is an online option available. Fewer people seem to use checks or cash these days. Offering this online option has helped me retain more donations. Additionally, it's free of charge, which is especially important for us as a new non-profit operating on a limited budget.

Donorbox is so easy to use and start getting online donations and ticket sales immediately.

Fees mean that we lose a percentage of our donation.

Before Donorbox we had to rely on donors proactively going to their online banking app or having cash to make a donation, now we have an easy, online way for people to make donations. We also have been able to set up a recurring annual member subscription, saving us considerable admin time. It also acts as a CRM, capturing donor information.

We are a small nonprofit with a fundraising program that is only 4 or 5 years old, but Donorbox has been a grwat platform for us to track our donors, thank, them, and help us organize our ongoing conversation efforts with them We can easily pull reports and data to report to our Board of Directors.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

NA....Great for our purposes. Maybe a larger org would have more needs...

We used to work off spreadsheets with various people accessing them. We needed a good tracking platform that would connect to our website.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like the ease of use of Donorbox and its good integration with Stripe. Setting up an account was straightforward since Stripe's robust platform made linking our bank and verifying deposits easy. Donorbox relies on Stripe for much of the financial processing, so we just needed to provide our information and basic campaign details. Donorbox does not overcomplicate the process of asking for donations.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I found installing the standing kiosk for Donorbox was not simple. It took two people three hours in total because the box did not include all the necessary tools, and two pieces of hardware (nuts to secure an attached credit card reader) were missing entirely, so we had to source those from our own storage. The app setup was easy, but the hardware wasn't.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox solved our issue of cash handling by allowing us to accept donations electronically, reducing the need for physical cash which not everyone carries anymore.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like Donorbox because it has very easy-to-use widgets for our websites. The platform makes it simple to set up Apple Pay and discuss employee giving matching. It's also easy to set up campaigns, including peer-to-peer giving campaigns. I find it very straightforward to select matching colors for branding and to get the widget HTML codes for our website.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I wish that the syncing between our normal platforms and Donorbox wasn't so expensive. It seems a little exorbitant for what it's doing.

I use Donorbox because it's easy to integrate widgets for our websites, set up campaigns, and incorporate features like Apple Pay and employee giving matching effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I use Donorbox to raise funds for Ethical Seafood Research and launch a monthly giving program. I appreciate how it makes it easy to accept international donations in multiple currencies in a streamlined way. I can easily create new campaigns and donation forms, and automatically send receipts. I really like that Donorbox doesn't have any onboarding costs, making it very accessible for small nonprofits. The option to have embed forms or direct donation pages adds great flexibility, allowing me to start fundraising without needing to raise upfront costs to access the platform and to be more flexible in creating donation pages, whether on or off our website. The initial setup was very easy, and we encountered no problems.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The CRM component could be improved, where it is easier to filter and make separate lists of donors according to their different criteria.

I use Donorbox to accept international donations in multiple currencies easily, streamline creating campaigns and donation forms, and automatically send receipts.

All the plugins I found initially seemed expensive for a very small charity like my client's, until I found Donorbox, which has no monthly/yearly fee if you go for the basic option. Yes, there is a fee per donation, but I have found that most donors are happy to cover this amount. It was incredibly easy to set everything up and the end result looks super-slick on her website.

I also appreciate the ability to handle recurring donations and analyze data in detail, which are features that competitor systems don't do well. The original setup was very easy for us because it allowed us to integrate directly with our bank accounts, and everything showed up very quickly. It didn't really have a lot of advanced settings to worry about, and it worked pretty easily out of the box.

I like Donorbox's ease of use and customizability a lot. It's super easy to set up and very flexible, which is important for me since I don't have much time to spend on setting up campaigns. The platform is very intuitive and the customer support is great.

It's a little bit expensive for us. The crowdfunding campaign features are not as robust as other platforms that I've seen.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I appreciate Donorbox for its ease of setup, allowing my website team to complete the implementation in just two hours, which speaks to its user-friendly design. The platform's integrity is another strong point, as it is known and trusted by people, both users and donors, which enhances its reputation and reliability. I value that it effectively solves the issue of online donations, enabling donors to contribute directly through our website, thereby addressing the digital donation needs of our charity. It is highly regarded by our customers, who see it as a trusted service, which is critical for building donor trust and maintaining credibility. Additionally, Donorbox has a good reputation, which further assures me and inspires confidence in our donors.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I find the monthly fee for Donorbox to be problematic, especially since we don't have many online donors, making the $18 monthly cost burdensome without proportional usage. A per-donor fee structure might be more appropriate. Additionally, I'm dissatisfied with the interaction with PayPal. The necessity to share all account information and logins with PayPal is inconvenient since it is the only available option. Expanding the payment integration options beyond just PayPal would be beneficial.

I use Donorbox to enable online donations through our website, solving the issue of accessibility for donors. It offers easy setup, trusted service, and is known for its integrity.

We’d like to clarify a couple of points: Donorbox does not have an $18 monthly fee. Our standard plan is free, with fees only applied per donation, so if no donations are received, there are no fees. In addition to PayPal, we also support Stripe for donations. Any request from PayPal for account information or logins comes directly from PayPal, as it is a separate entity from Donorbox.

We appreciate your suggestions about flexible pricing and expanded payment options, and your feedback helps us continue improving the platform for all organizations.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I really like the ease with which I was able to embed the Donorbox portal into my website communityartsbk.org. I want people to be able to go to my website, press donate, and then fill out a form, and then boom, the money is in my bank account. Donorbox makes that possible.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I have yet to figure out how to change the style and appearance of the donor portal so that it matches the style and look of my website so that it's all cohesive. That would be theoretically easier and better if that were more intuitive to figure out.

Donorbox solves the problem of getting money into the corporate checking account and allows people to donate easily through my website, directly sending money to my bank account.

I find Donorbox easy to use and appreciate that it gives us immediate feedback both for the donor and for the organization. I also like that we can write a customized thank you email that goes out immediately after a donor sends funds, and Donorbox provides our organization with feedback for the donation. Additionally, linking Donorbox to our fundraising efforts was very easy since we already had a bank account and a website.

Sometimes the fees cause a problem for the donor.

I really like the Donorbox interface, it is very user-friendly and allows for quick campaign creation. The menus are easy to understand, and the help and documentation are very good. It is quite simple to set up, even for our organization that is in Mexico. I also appreciate the administrative management, which makes handling the campaigns and the payment gateway simple and efficient.

So far I haven't found any part, maybe a little bit the configuration of what we can put on the page, but I also understand that there are pro level options.
