**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I find Donorbox easy to use and appreciate that it gives us immediate feedback both for the donor and for the organization. I also like that we can write a customized thank you email that goes out immediately after a donor sends funds, and Donorbox provides our organization with feedback for the donation. Additionally, linking Donorbox to our fundraising efforts was very easy since we already had a bank account and a website.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Sometimes the fees cause a problem for the donor.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox increases our philanthropic funds through electronic transfers, accommodates electronic donations, provides immediate feedback, and allows us to send customized thank-you emails right after a donation.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I really like the Donorbox interface, it is very user-friendly and allows for quick campaign creation. The menus are easy to understand, and the help and documentation are very good. It is quite simple to set up, even for our organization that is in Mexico. I also appreciate the administrative management, which makes handling the campaigns and the payment gateway simple and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

So far I haven't found any part, maybe a little bit the configuration of what we can put on the page, but I also understand that there are pro level options.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps me with the administrative management of our donation campaigns, making it easy to handle the payment gateway and deposits. The platform is very easy to use.

It can be time-consuming for donors to fill out the information and occasionally the software has issues connecting to the card reader, especially out in public at events where a wifi connection is not stable.

Creating a way for volunteers to donate during their time without having to visit our website or rely on a device / QR code

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like Donorbox for its clean user interface which is simple to look at and use. It's relatively straightforward, and I like that the service fees are reasonably low at around 3.9 or 4.9%, which is several percentage points cheaper than other options like GoFundMe that have higher fees. The simple interface doesn't overwhelm with lots of extra bells and whistles, allowing me to customize and have a straightforward setup. I managed to set it up easily despite not being a tech-savvy person, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I think it would be cool if Donorbox had a lower fee structure for organizations like mine, even if they're not IRS recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. I would love that.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox offers my theater company the lowest fees with a decent, clean interface. It's attractive, simple, fairly easy to set up, and I'm able to customize it without tech skills.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like that Donorbox allows my supporters to donate to my political campaign. I notice that it integrates well with Weebly, which is a platform I'm familiar with, and this was a reason why I picked Donorbox. The form provided by Donorbox looks nice on my website.  I'm not a tech nerd, and I managed to do the setup.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I've had a little question about how Donorbox works with Stripe and how the fees are determined. I know what fees were advertised, but it seems like it's not quite that simple. It seems like the formula is a little more complicated, and I would like to see it spelled out, even as a mathematical equation, I think that would be great.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox provides a form for my campaign website, allowing supporters to donate easily. It integrates well with Weebly, fitting my needs.

Straight-forward interface, accurate reporting, integrates nicely with the API, results are delivered quickly as donations occur, and the price is reasonable. The support is very good, and deals with most of our most common issues easily, and the use of AI makes things operate much better.

Interface could be more "average user friendly" for team members that are less internet savvy.

I like that we can easily export donations from Donorbox to meet our reporting requirements. It's pretty easy to customize campaigns, forms, receipts, and embed them on our website. Getting started with Donorbox is so easy! You can start accepting donations in minutes. The initial setup was very easy!

The email marketing and CRM features require a monthly subscription fee.

I love their support and the easy recurring giving and campaign features. The initial setup was simple and fast. The affordable pricing and ease of use played a big part in switching from Pushpay.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I would like to share that I have used Donorbox for years and it has changed my life. I have used it for my small business very sucessfully. It is easy to use for customers/donors and links to PayPal as well which is very nice. I have always resolved issues with customer service easily. There are many features to make use of, many of which I didn't as I am a small business owner. But what I did make use of was great. Embedding this app/software is easy on many sites which helps enormously. Thanks to Donorbox, I can say it has helped my life more than they can imagine!

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

If I could give something for Donorbox to improve on, it's continuity of communication with a single account. I've had times where I've received the same request from different customer service agents regarding an issue which had been addressed already. Other than that I think it's a great app/software!

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

There are three things I love most about Donorbox. First is simplicity of sending out annual donor statements. It's SO EASY - a few clicks and updating the year on the email template and VOILA - they are done!  That savings of time, ease of use, and efficiency of process are worth every penny to use this platform.  Secondly, the willingness of Customer Support and Tech department in allowing us to import a CSV file for donations processed outside of DB is such a gift in itself.  And lastly, the simplicity of creating campaign pages that easily integrate into our website makes Donorbox a valuable partner to my nonprofit fundraising.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Transaction fees are a little higher than I would prefer and I think there are features that could be included, such as text-to-give and a few shortcakes, that could be given to clients and not added on at a higher cost. We actually use other platforms for those features for that reason - they are expensive with DB and I think DB could do itself a favor by making those more affordable or offered to clients.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, the time that we save each year in preparing and sending out the required statements of contribution to our donors, is unparalleled. I cannot thank Donorbox enough for making that task a quick, easy, and highly efficient process. It's also easy if we miss a donor or if someone doesn't have email - we can create a copy to send manually on an individual basis or to print and mail.  This is the #1 problem Donorbox solves for us and it's a HUGE benefit for a small-staffed nonprofit.

I love how Donorbox empowers both our team and our supporters. The centralized dashboard makes managing an entire peer-to-peer campaign effortless by providing a single source of truth for tracking campaign health in real-time. The intuitive interface for our fundraisers means they can set up beautiful, personalized fundraising pages easily without any technical skills. These features not only make our processes more efficient but also enable a more dynamic and far-reaching fundraising model. The streamlined setup process allowed us to launch our campaigns quickly, which was incredibly beneficial. There is no option to modify or personalize the designation fields to say 'donate to a teacher' or 'donate to a classroom,' which would make it more explicit. Intelligent individuals found it challenging to navigate this process quickly, indicating a UX bottleneck. People donating typically want things to be quick and efficient, rather than taking extra time to read detailed instructions. Although Donorbox handles integrations better than our previous tool, Give Butter, integrating still presents some challenges, requiring a finer level of setup and tuning to be effective.

I like the interface with the donors. They receive a well crafted email receipt that we can customize with branding and give them follow up information.

Currently the reporting system linked to Stripe is a bit chaotic. We are unable to pull the data correctly in Stripe, which we use for other donations as well. At this stage it makes it difficult to enter our gifts in to our CRM. The donor box reporting on their site is good but because it is linked to Stripe and we use Stripe of other donations we need it to work seamlessly with stripe reports.

I think a free model for nonprofits would be nice, and having ways to further customize donation forms would be helpful.

Only the way in which the data from a campaign is exported, the CSV mixes a lot of information, it should allow other formats.

I really like Donorbox because it costs less than a dollar a month, which is a fantastic feature for our nonprofit organization. Additionally, setting up Donorbox was very easy. We just provided them with our information, and our account was set up effortlessly.

That service was greatly appreciated and valued. The implementation team, especially headed by Dawn, was excellent and made things easy, getting everything up and running in two days. The team at Donorbox is very supportive and caring, really understanding where we are coming from and always there to help.

I like that we were able to set up peer to peer fundraising alongside the larger crowdfunding platform.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I feel like some of the features are not intuitive, and simple features like correcting or updating an email address for the peer to peer fundraising should be available. Not sure if that feature is behind a paywall, but I also have no idea if an email was inputted incorrectly because there is no notification that an invite bounced. That student could have been fundraising 3 weeks ago if I had known that the email I inputted was incorrect.

We were looking for a platform that allowed for crowdfunding and peer to peer fundraising and this met that criteria, albeit at a higher processing percentage.

This feature is particularly useful for my hurricane relief mission as donors can easily understand the purpose of the funds. I love that Donorbox enables the inclusion of photos, as this helps potential donors engage with the landing page visually. The checkout process is super simple and easy, which enhances the overall donation experience for users. Additionally, the setup of Donorbox for my mission was super easy, eliminating any hassle in getting started. I switched from using PayPal primarily because of the extra fees that my donors had to incur, and I find Donorbox to be a better alternative in this regard.
