It is cloud-based, easy to use and very affordable. Within its functions we can highlight that it provides a database of donors, unlimited donations, smart tags, multiple names, divisions of donations, online donations, campaign management, tracking of donations, plus receipts and statements, all these features make it a very complete and functional program. **What do you dislike about Donor Tools?** It would be good to carry out an update where the functionality of the realization of reports is developed in depth since it is currently very basic, in addition to being able to export data to other programs or print them, as well as having greater flexibility in other functions such as smart labels. **What problems is Donor Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We Humanitarian Association Niños del Choco, we are a non-profit organization with a very small staff, because our work is based on the collaboration of our volunteers, so we did not have any cloud-based program for registration or donor tracking and donations, we only keep a record through spreadsheets, Since the implementation of Donor Tools has allowed us to obtain greater control, tracking and monitoring of our donations, as well as manage more efficiently and usefully this information, additionally gave us the ability to establish a database of our donors, in addition to promote the growth of our organization through intelligent decision-making and raise more money. ### 2. I really like the ease of handling that this system provides, without much knowledge, it is possible to handle it quickly. Something that influenced my decision to buy this system was its price, at first it seemed a bit affordable, but for an NGO if a bit expensive, however, I think its price is good because it is capable of many functions that one did not know that could be done. **What do you dislike about Donor Tools?** I love this system, but if I do not like the reports, they report this to the technical support team and they gave me an update of the system that can issue the reports adapted to my requirements. **Recommendations to others considering Donor Tools:** If you are looking for a complete administrative system that allows you to grow in your work and be orderly and efficient in all your functions, you must undoubtedly acquire Donor Tools, this system will allow you to expand your horizons regarding your work and vocation. **What problems is Donor Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Donor Tools I have been able to handle the entire administrative process of my NGO efficiently without jeopardizing any other accounting administrative system. It is very manageable and easy to implement. I also love being able to count on the technical support team, it is a very integrated and professional team that has been able to solve all the problems that have appeared with the software.
