What do you like best about Donation Tracker?

Not much to see here. Phone support reps we're friendly and knowledgeable, so that was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Donation Tracker?

Software-based, clumsy interface, no tutorials or manual available. Built on MS Access. Complicated and dense. Reports are difficult to build without phone support. Hard to master program so that it can be used independent of phone support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Donation Tracker:

Consider more modern interfaces and solutions that are cloud-based instead. Pay close attention to customer support - how it is offered and when. Opportunities to learn via tutorials, videos, webinars, and user-generated content are all important. Donation Director is none of these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Donation Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Donor and donation management. Did manage to use program to input and keep information, but was difficult to use the interface for proactive benefits once it was on there because of complexity. Had to rely too heavily on phone support which was only available on weekdays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much. I like that we have one point person to work with since sometimes companies have you floating through a thousand representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The exporting capabilities. Everything always messes up and we can never get the proper fields. It also doesnt export as an excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
