Designed specifically for United Ways, Donation Tracker helps successfully manage campaigns with its cost-effective CRM software. Its features include integration with Constant Contact and an accounting interface for QuickBooks. Donation Tracker was developed by Cascade Data Solutions and acquired by Upic Solutions in 2020. The acquisition brought together non-profit and United Way expertise, along with United Way customers, under one company.

**What do you like best about Donation Tracker?**

Not much to see here. Phone support reps we're friendly and knowledgeable, so that was good.

**What do you dislike about Donation Tracker?**

Software-based, clumsy interface, no tutorials or manual available. Built on MS Access. Complicated and dense. Reports are difficult to build without phone support. Hard to master program so that it can be used independent of phone support.

**Recommendations to others considering Donation Tracker:**

Consider more modern interfaces and solutions that are cloud-based instead. Pay close attention to customer support - how it is offered and when. Opportunities to learn via tutorials, videos, webinars, and user-generated content are all important.  Donation Director is none of these.

**What problems is Donation Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donor and donation management. Did manage to use program to input and keep information, but was difficult to use the interface for proactive benefits once it was on there because of complexity. Had to rely too heavily on phone support which was only available on weekdays.

**What do you like best about Donation Tracker?**

Not much. I like that we have one point person to work with since sometimes companies have you floating through a thousand representatives.

**What do you dislike about Donation Tracker?**

The exporting capabilities. Everything always messes up and we can never get the proper fields. It also doesnt export as an excel.

**What problems is Donation Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It holds many of our constituents which want being managed previously at our organisation.
