A tool to enable a company to have enterprise level applications. I run several businesses with Dolibarr and I am very happy ti have found software providing me all i need ti manage them with no need to spend time to learn complex processes.

I appreciate that you can start for free. I even installed it with a software solution. So it was effortless to install. Which beat odoo, but is the same for WP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything. It is not rigid. If you want some kind of extra functionality it cost It sounds great... and it is ok. BUT there is no knowledge base you can read from if you are not fluent in french. Any changes you want cost a huge amount of money. You cannot mass update item. Since I have item heavy store this was colossal issue. You can off course upload csv files. My general problem is that it is heavy and there is no manual to read from. I ended up using woocommerce with some addons until we see what we really need and purchase a better solution. I own a small company and wanted to upgrade my company analytics from Excel to an ERP. Because I have quite a few warehouses to track, solutions like Quickbooks and Intuit were getting too expensive for me, I wanted a flexible solution, that works on Mac and PC, and also on iPad. I realized that I could install Dolibarr on my NAS by myself and have a great solution.

Everything it does, it does in a meaningful way.

BUT you need to have lots of time available to learn how to install the software. For me relying on a NAS, a minimum of computer knowledge is necessary. I think that some versions exist that can automatize backups and upgrades.

The program has its own logic that's sometimes quite hard to fathom.

Dolibarr feels like a great program to track shipments, orders, purchases, bookkeeping, however you have to keep in mind that it has only basic analytical skills and for myself I rely on 3rd party software (PowerBI by Microsoft) to do the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easier and quicker installation, which can be also installed with your existing ERP, with Apache PHP, and mysql server, customization can be made in forms, reports and transactional logics, any how some very precise and accurate business objects and programmed accordingly, which helps in business by just configure them according to business need, most of the modules are available and configured, Purchasing orders, sale order, Finance, inventory, replenishments, projects, accounts, expenses are predefined with business processes. Easier in installation, customization is much easier, open source to develop further. Mostly business modules are available, dashboard-based graphics, pending, payable, receivable invoice on dashboard screen with effective presentation. Same vendors, customers are categorically displayed according to their business volume. Role assignment is clearly defined for individual users to perform a specific task, notification management is a plus point. Which alerts, alarms your business and transactional events. Mobile support is not available, many bugs found in inventory, finance, and manufacturing module. Development documentation is not available, not good for large business or developing business because it is not fully functional and featured with all business scenarios.
