If you want some kind of extra functionality it cost It sounds great... and it is ok. BUT there is no knowledge base you can read from if you are not fluent in french. Any changes you want cost a huge amount of money. You cannot mass update item. Since I have item heavy store this was colossal issue. You can off course upload csv files. My general problem is that it is heavy and there is no manual to read from. I ended up using woocommerce with some addons until we see what we really need and purchase a better solution. But all I all. Because I have quite a few warehouses to track, solutions like Quickbooks and Intuit were getting too expensive for me, I wanted a flexible solution, that works on Mac and PC, and also on iPad. I realized that I could install Dolibarr on my NAS by myself and have a great solution. Everything it does, it does in a meaningful way. The community is active and helpful - in French and English for me. Dolibarr can be personalized to your needs. After more than one year using it, I am a happy user, and my company did progress thanks to Dolibarr! **What do you dislike about Dolibarr ERP CRM?** BUT you need to have lots of time available to learn how to install the software. For me relying on a NAS, a minimum of computer knowledge is necessary. I think that some versions exist that can automatize backups and upgrades. Its modules are basic, they do enough and can be adapted, if what you are looking for is NOT to complicate your life or that of your clients, Dolibarr is a "sweet deal." And if later you want to complicate things, then create your own modules without restrictions. We use it since the beginning of the creation of our company. We applied all updates without ever losing data. The team is nice we met them at the open source show. We have some paid modules including customer subscriptions. In the future, we will base ourselves on Dolibarr's operation for some of our development. The implementation of the REST API should allow us to exploit the stability of Dolibarr including the product WpShop. The task and project management part is well completed. However, it lacks usability. This ERP is part of the best open source ERP for several years with Odoo formerly Open ERP. Missing : Email, Agenda (well there is one but honnestly... let's say there is none). With 100€ or so you can purchase additional modules (letters etc) it's perfect. With 300€ more email and better agenda integration and you have a full working suit. Dont expect 'fully free", but these addons are a must (really).
