**What do you like best about DOJO?**

Ease of Use  DOJO's interface is incredibly intuitive. As a marketer juggling multiple campaigns and analysis needs, I can quickly switch between different marketing functions - from SEO analysis to performance marketing optimization to competitive research - without learning separate tools or interfaces. The AI agents understand context and remember our previous conversations, making it feel like working with a knowledgeable marketing team member.

Ease of Implementation: Getting started was seamless. We connected our LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics accounts within minutes. No complex setup or IT involvement required. DOJO immediately began providing insights from our existing marketing data, and I was generating actionable reports on day one.

Customer Support: The platform is largely self-service, but when I've needed clarification on features or data interpretation, the support has been excellent. The AI itself often provides explanations of its analysis, which helps me understand the "why" behind recommendations.

Frequency of Use (Daily): I use DOJO multiple times daily for everything from campaign performance analysis to competitor research to content strategy. It's become my go-to marketing intelligence platform, replacing several point solutions we used previously.

Number of Features: The breadth is impressive - SEO analysis, paid media optimization, social media analytics, competitive intelligence, and content creation all in one platform. For a fintech company like ours operating in the complex open banking space, having specialized agents that understand both marketing fundamentals and technical nuances is invaluable.

Ease of Integration: Connects seamlessly with our existing marketing stack. No API headaches or data silos. Everything flows together naturally, giving us a unified view of our marketing performance across channels.

**What do you dislike about DOJO?**

Honestly, very little. The platform continues to evolve rapidly with new features and I look forward to using those.

**What problems is DOJO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DOJO solved our fragmented marketing analytics problem. Before, I was switching between 6-7 different tools for SEO, paid media, competitive analysis, and reporting. Now I have one intelligent platform that not only aggregates data but provides strategic insights I can act on immediately.

For a specialized B2B fintech like Ozone API, having AI that understands our positioning and can provide contextual analysis of our performance against competitors has been game-changing. It's like having a senior marketing strategist available 24/7 who knows our business inside and out.

The time savings alone have been worth it - what used to take me hours of analysis across multiple platforms now takes minutes, and the insights are deeper and more actionable.

**What do you like best about DOJO?**

DOJO AI is essentially like having an entire marketing agency powered by AI. Instead of juggling 10+ different marketing tools and expensive consultants, we get everything in one unified platform - from market research and strategy to content creation and campaign management. 

Dojo runs on our customer database, identifying common customer behaviour clusters and therefore it helps us to nurture prospects and existing customer more tailored. 

Dojo is on my second screen so ideal to help me get to execute my role with the teams.

I love the Slack intergration where you get the latest product updates, query suggestions and there is direct customer support on Slack which I love.

**What do you dislike about DOJO?**

The UI is simple, we are an early user but its good to see the frequent product rollout so it's getting better each iteration.

**What problems is DOJO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every marketing team member uses it differently. I use it for market research, go to market strategies in both UK and US markets, or to get a temperature check on our marketing campaign channel performance. 

The teams use is to create content, optmise channel campaigns and refine creatives. Recently we let Dojo create customer clusters of common behaviour which allows us to rollout more tailored customer nurturing, rather than simply relying on our made up customer segmentation.

**What do you like best about DOJO?**

DOJO AI feels like having an entire marketing team’s worth of tools in one place. I’ve used it for strategy, content, and performance, and what stands out is how seamless it is — no need to juggle five different platforms or wait on agencies. It makes research and planning faster, content production sharper, and performance tracking much clearer. I especially like that it scales with you: no user caps, no hidden features locked away.

**What do you dislike about DOJO?**

Honestly nothing! Like with everything there’s a learning curve at the start but it is hardly a curve, more of an anthill. So easy to get the hang of it - the key is to integrate it to optimise your own workflows. But once you do, it’s a real productivity booster.

**What problems is DOJO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before DOJO, we were juggling multiple tools and relying on external agencies, which created silos, slowed down delivery, and drove up costs. Strategy, research, content, and performance all felt fragmented.

There isn't much to comment on yet, as it's still in the early stages. The team is actively collaborating with us to implement the updates we'd like to see.

Serving as the single source or platform for the marketing team has been essential. It streamlines our processes and ensures everyone is working from the same information, and helps a small team like ours brainstorm more regularly - Dojo is like the 5th team member!

As a small startup without the funding to hire extensively yet, DOJO acts as a central marketing operations centre that we can use with ease for a variety of areas such as SEO, Data Analysis, Performance Marketing, Content and more. This is aligned to our brand and purpose at all times so all outputs are instantly actionable and means we can move at a pace we just wouldn't have been able to do without it.
